Customer service via chat was quick and effective. I had a problem with a discount not working. They gave the difference in a voucher for future use. Delivery was as promised next day.

Tried to sneak a 14 pound extra item…
Tried to sneak a 14 pound extra item onto my order that I didnt want and then proceeded to ignore my requests to have it removed. It went into my basket as "spend 75 pounds and get this tub free" then as soon as I ordered my basket it added 14 pound extra for the product & now they are ignoring me when I have requested twice to cancel because i do not want the product. There wasnt even an option to remove it in my basket so what they are just forcing people to spend more money now?
I wont shop here ever again.

We completely understand why this would have looked concerning, particularly when there was no option to remove the item from your basket.
We want to reassure you that there was absolutely no intention to add an unwanted charge or force customers to spend more. This was a technical issue with the promotion and is something our team has been working to resolve.
