Never received my order,
It was to be received 5-8 days of placing order. Notified customer service three times, I sent a copy of order confirmation with order code and amount of order. The response I received back, why did I buy In bulk nothing about my shipment. On website it was offered in bulk (3 bottles). If the company didn’t want people to purchase the bulk it shouldn’t be offered. I asked for my order to canceled and credit my credit card. I have not received a response back from customer service or any one from the company.

I ordered these and literally got them the same week. I’ve only had a few, but they are very calming! After I get home from work, I will chew one or 2 just to relax. They really work. I highly recommend them and they are non addictive which is why I love them!

IMPORTANT CORRECTION!
I am rewriting my review because I made a serious mistake about my experience. I was retelling the details I had with a company from which I ordered the same day(within minutes of yours), but mixed up the names.
Have yet to try the product. But it was shipped & received in a very swift manner.
When I submitted my complaint to them I was even called by a real live person, almost immediately to talk about my order. I still was referring to the wrong company. Their customer satisfaction response was phenomenal.
I am sorry for my error. NOW, if the product comes close to the customer experience, I will be happy.

I takes you too long to process an order, then to ship it. I don’t see anywhere on your website that shows tracking, but I understand that I might get one once the order is processed. Unless I type in your companty’s name “Nuu”, I can never find your emails.
