Low quality, complicated return, deceiving website
So many things are wrong with this business.
First, the website says that for returns, you can contact the company and request a return label, which is not true.
Second, the website also says that the company is located in Utrecht, which is not true either. To return an item, you'll need to send it to China to a very complicated address and bear the costs yourself. The Addressee is even provided in Chinese characters.
Third, the quality of the item is worse than Shein/Temu. You think you're buying from a Dutch website, but you're, in fact, buying from China, with worse-than-Shein quality, but way-higher-than-Shein prices. I paid €40 in a summer dress that is so thin and transparent that it can barely be used as beachwear, let alone as summer dress. And that would have cost €15 max at Shein, with local warehouse and free return.
This is deceiving and dishonest business practice.
