Nuvodreams Reviews

Wish I had read the reviews! It is something I usually do, I messed up this time. Definitely not the bedspread they advertise. It barely fits the top of the bed, certainly no overhang, that you see in the pictures. It is nothing but a throw blanket, and not a particularly well made one.

Great quality! Really happy with my new blanket & shipping was faster than what i expected❤️

Best blanket ever! I always struggle with blankets being breathable and finally I got one it actually works, im trully happy

A friend of mine recommended me to buy some blankets. We ordered three. Great quality, and fast delivery. Definitely will order again.

My cooling blanket is great, I love it! It also arrived really fast. Will be ordering more

Poor Quality, looks worse than something from Temu, the blanket is that thin and too small for a King Size. I looked and There is a no refunds policy so no hope of a refund. The order took weeks to come so I emailed them to chase up the order and no reply. The “silk” pillow cases couldn’t have cost more than 5c because it definitely isn’t silk. Dont but anything off FB, it sounded too good to be true. Beware, and just don’t do it.

Scam beware they will send you a polyester rag

They sent me my blankets using a fraudulent postage sticker, meaning I owed the post office $13.28 to get my package. Note to self...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK. It was paid for on 12/9 and I received it after Christmas-it was a gift.

Garbage. The outer material is cheap; the 'silk' is more like polyester and the 'silk' pillowcases are definitely not silk. The sewing is terrible. Avoid at all costs!

Top-level fraud! For ~85$ (after a great discount, of course, “last day promotions”) , you receive a cheap blanket of Chinese production (and not the best), unbranded, compressed in a vacuum package. The cost of such a blanket on AliExpress is 5-7 times cheaper than at Nuvo. It tops my list of unsuccessful purchases in the last 10 years. Advice: don't even get close!

Loved it! Great product anddd it arrived super fast

Note to self, never buy anything via Facebook! I bought one of Nuvodreams "cooling blankets" during the summer heatwave, and waited for approximately 3 weeks for the delivery (from CHINAI learned). The blanket was not cheap at nearly £60 but the advertisement was vey convincing. What I received however was a polyester blanket with running seems, and entirely different look than advertised. It's not good enough for our cat. I also never received any kind of communication from the vendor informing what I just bought, and shipping and tracking details. I have since emailed them twice, and no reply. I luckily used my credit card, so have asked them to get the money back under my consumer rights "not as described". Do not use this company.

Exceptionally poor customer service. My order arrived incomplete as the plastic bag they had packed my order in had split open. I contacted them and was told:
‘According to our company policy, we are not responsible for any errors…caused by the postal service.’
I do not hold any postal service responsible for shoddy packaging.
I have lost a significant amount of money and have no way of getting any refund or replacement. A poor company that does not value its customers. Avoid at all costs.
