The little oil jug arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. Well packaged. Good communications….. and my wife loves it!!

My daughter Loves her hat she hasn't taken it off since she unwrapped it this morning. It got here fast well made and good material.

Ordered some golf shoes. They shipped me the wrong size and refuse to refund me or send me the correct size unless I ship the shoes back at my own expense. Awful customer service.

Horrible, Horrible experience. Have waited for 3 months. Still havent received item. Stalling on giving me my refund (still havent received it). Not worth it.

I ordered 2 pairs of corduroy pants. They both came with the button holes sewn shut. One of the buttons was falling off and while I ordered two pair the same size the length of the pants were different by 2.5 inches. Just really poor quality. I ask for a full refund; they gave me a 20% refund of what I paid.
Hence the 2 star rating.

The quality seems nice, but the product itself was way shorter than I imagined. I ordered some mugs, but after they arrive they look like cups, they fit in my entire hand. But the packaging and the delivery time was alright, about 1 week within Europe

Patiently waited for my order and it arrived at just about 2 weeks after purchase (site says 10-14 days). I couldn't be happier with the product in both quality and fit for comfort. I am currently planning on ordering another product from them. 感谢

Avoid their products..size and quality is not even close to what you are expecting/ordering.. just cheap Chinese trash -as everything you might buy following Facebook advertising

Nuvoula sent me 2 sweater sets in size large.
They want me to pay $50 to return or 20 0/0 off something else. What! They made the mistake not me.

I ordered Noluva a few weeks ago and I didn’t get a tracking number I was told to download Shop and I did but still no information I believe I have been scam My emails is feginajones&gmail.com If no update asap I want a refund it was so Noluva I paid 44.82 buy one get one free

Nuvoula provides quality products, and their team is responsive to correcting order issues and ensuring customer needs are satisfied. While delivery took longer than expected, the items are worth the wait, and communication was generally helpful. However, there could be improvements in providing timely updates on order status. Overall, a trustworthy company with room for enhancement in their delivery process.

I have ordered from NUVOULA twice and both transactions have been PERFECT. Great communication, fast delivery. The VERY well-made stylish sunglasses are packed with care for a safe delivery. I've been getting compliments on them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

I ordered few things from this web site, they send it to me, i need to be honest with that, but it's not even close to those wadrobe on the picture. It's horrible😂.
Now i'm trying to get in contact with them, but no response, od course. They obviously have no refund/no answer policy
So, i lost my money, but i hope you will be more clever than i.

Not be trusted, negative advice.
After more than two weeks still no delivery. I have terminated the purchase agreement and canceled the order. Until today I did not receive my money back and they completely ignore termination. They decide to still ship it, and not comply with the termination and fulfill the refund. Terrible service.

Terrible customer service. Ordered something and still three weeks later it hadn’t been shipped. Every inquiry I made to customer service resulted in them sending me a tracking number that had no tracking since it hadn’t been shipped. And then saying if you want to track your package use this link. Still don’t have shipping date

I purchased breathlink from Noluva. I gave them my correct address but when I hit the pay button the wrong address appeared. I attempted to have them correct the error immediately but I didn’t get a response from them until 3days later when the item was already shipped. They stated there was nothing that they could do. There is no phone number to call only an email address. Had they responded when I first reached out to them the address could have been corrected. They were of no help to me at all. I will never do business with them again
