Northwest Answers the Phone!

As a business owner from another state, but presently working in the State of Washington, Janelle was very helpful in explaining sales tax laws to me. She was kind and experienced and made completing a tax form simple. And after calling 3 other bookkeeping firms in the Washington area, Northwest was the only firm who answered the phone. That is a BIG plus to me!!
