The ordering on the website was quick & fast!
The product(1:2scale 1911a1) did take about 3 weeks or more to recieve ,due to where I live(northern alberta).when I recieved my little pistol ,boy was I surprised with the craftsmanship! Couldn't be happier .going to order more. Thank you nx models

Ordered a 1:3 deagle with 14 extra rounds… i received the gun after waiting a little over 3 weeks and got a gun… with 1 bullet… that doesn’t eject… no holster or case even though it was supposed to come with them. Never ordering again terrible customer service and reviews on the website are faked. -2 out of 10

they haven't respond any emails in the more than a month ago I placed the order, no shippment done. at this point I take it as a SCAM.
if you want to change my mind fullfill my order.

Ordered 6 months ago. Got busy and forgot about it until today. Checked the order status and it's still on order received. I sent an email but I'm already thinking it's just a lost cause reading some of these other reviews here. But I figured I'd post my situation. I'll edit this when and if I get a reply if I remember. I also ordered it around Christmas but that shouldn't matter with how long it's been. Got 0 updates on it this whole time as well

I ordered a 3:4 glock replica 15 juli and I have to this Day not gotten any confirmation that it has been shipped i emailed them 2 Times and Both Times i got the exact copy something about problem with custom due to High realism wich contradicts what it says on your website and it seems as if this customer support worker "Brianna" is just a bot. I feel scammed, If you cant ship to my country you should include that on your page! I will ask for a refund if this does not get resolved or atleast something happens in a Day or two

I ordered about a week ago, I sent an email to change the address and they still havent got back to me. The customer support is terrible. I would increase my rating if the product is actually sent and they give a tracking number. Who would expect just an email with just a thank you and no tracking number?

I’m not sure how to rate the 30 Day guarantee offered by this company. Maybe a little too clever that they choose to use the order date, and caveat extended deliveries due to customs and handling is out of their control. To deliver to the United States, it will take 29-31 days for the order to arrive. So the guarantee, potentially isn’t effective for the consumer. (For example order July 21 and receive a delivery notice for August 20, is beyond the 30 day guarantee timeframe).
(8/20/24) After taking screenshots of the order, the transit (on the website) and USPS tracking app. The expected delivery is 8/23. Well past the 30 day guarantee from the order date. In good conscience, I was compelled to lower the rating.

sent the wrong item and are now ignoring me.

Update: they are now "requesting more information to verify my review is genuine", but considering this is now months later and they haven't responded to me personally, it is clearly just in the hope I dont give the information so they can delete the review, but I did so good luck trying.

Update 2 for the response:The only kind of email response I have ever received was "This is an automated email to let you know that we have received your message." Etc. So no

Due to a high volume of support tickets this month and some unexpected issues with our system, our response times are longer than usual. We are working hard to resolve these issues and get back to everyone as quickly as possible." And then absolutely zero follow up even now when I have double check.in case I was wrong which I'm. Maybe actually reply to customer support tickets instead of making fabricating after the fact on a public forum.

Orderd 1 week later stil noting shiped sended 2 emails and filled in support form on there website twice seems like a scam there not replying at all so I lost 65€

Feels like Scammers. Don’t buy anything. I tried to contact them three times. No reply. When I wrote a negative review on their website it did not even published. No information about where my package is nothing. Never got a track and trace. I think They are just scammers. It was a present for my bf, but got nothing.

Update: they are trying to scare me with an email telling I m saying untrue things in this review. They gave me my money back, but after it took me a lot of energy by placing bad reviews and a lot of emailing them. Also my reviews on their website did never show. I have the feeling they gave me my money so I will delete the reviews. I think so they can scam a lot more people. For me scamming is not getting what you agreed with. I never got my package and after a lot of emails and waiting I got my money back. But let me tell you this company is a headache. Also they send me a mail to delete this review and than they will send me the item without costs. I told them this also feels like scam you now. So when I have the item I will delete, but not before. Then they could not do it anymore bla bla bla. For me it was also weird because they told me before they could not send to the Netherlands which is weird because they did take to order. And when I was complaining they told me that. And now they are willing to send me a free one to the Netherlands, but only if I delete the review. I told them when the item is here without costs than that is good service I will tell in the review that you made it clear. And than they could not send it anymore, Well if that doesn’t feel like a scam. I don’t know what is to them. Sadly I can not post any screenshots from the mails, because I know for sure they will tell I didn’t tell everything bla bla bla like they did to all the other people with 1 star rate. Let me tell you this already this is the truth they can say what they want. I see in the reviews here they also do offer more people free items to get better reviews, well that makes a lot of sense to me.

I was waiting for my order about 4 weeks, to see some Chinese crap. Not from NX model, how it was in you description. And it hasn't a lot of functionality that was mentioned. SCAM

Recently purchased the 9mm Taran Tactical 1911. Price was fair, shipping was fair. Excellent product. Fully functional. I'm very happy with this product, it's full metal design and textured grips feel very realistic for 1/3 scale. This is the best key chain I've ever bought. It even comes with its own holster. Awesome product, I'm likely gonna buy another one. Fully suggest getting yourself one.

My package has not been sent after over a week, and I have yet to hear from customer support.

Update: Support responded, and I will improve my rating if the product is sent within the next couple of days.

Update 2: It has been over 2 weeks and support has stopped responding when I ask for a refund.

Update 3: Update: I got a refund, but I do not recommend buying from these guys. They are slow to ship and support is slow to respond.

Scam… and these replies from the company are bull@hit ok… I have emailed them three times received nothing. The tracking number they gave me is no good and one quick look on Google and you’ll find hundreds of people that had the same results stay away from them. It’s a scam. They can reply on here, but they can’t reply to your emails. Come on now, they got my 70 bucks but I’m gonna make sure I put it out there so no one else gets scammed like I did again stay away from this company. They sound like drop shippers if there was an issue sending or shipping products to the US that should’ve been told to us upfront.

My son placed an order in error - he's 13. I contacted the company to cancel it but I've had no response. The website incorrectly states that their 'models', i.e. guns are legal in 'your country', wherever you happen to be. This is simply not true. Imitation firearms are illegal in the UK. It doesn't matter if they're 'models' or 'miniature' and it is deeply irresponsible of the company to tell people that they're illegal when, clearly, the company has taken no steps to check the legal status.

I'm wondering if this is a scam and the company does this on purpose. It's your fault if the gun can't get through customs (even though we told you it could) but we still have your money so we don't care. Avoid

Update: the company didn't respond to my direct emails, the email my son sent to cancel the order or to my emails via their email form on their website BUT they did refund the money, which I do appreciate. I assume that it was in response to this review.

If the order does arrive, I will send it back to them (the address was incorrect so it may not arrive) and my son will pay the postage. They should amend their website to say that it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the legal status of the product and that they cannot guarantee that a product is legal in another country or that it can clear customs

1. the important of imitation firearms into the UK is illegal. See Section 36 of the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006 which creates an offence of the manufacture, importation or sale of realistic imitation firearms.
To quote Section 36:
(1)A person is guilty of an offence if—

(a)he manufactures a realistic imitation firearm;

(b)he modifies an imitation firearm so that it becomes a realistic imitation firearm;

(c)he sells a realistic imitation firearm; or

(d)he brings a realistic imitation firearm into Great Britain or causes one to be brought into Great Britain.'

2. my son emailed to cancel the order 2 hours after placing it. It's impossible to find an address for Nxmodels so I don't know their timezone but the email was sent at 21:40 (UK) time. That's still the same working day, even on the East coast.

Initial order wasn’t fulfilled in full. However the customer support was very helpful. Even made accommodations for an order that wasn’t on the website. Would rate it lower due to shotty ordering (possibly intentionally so), but the customer service is great.

Ordered in january, never recived my repilca.
Never got a refund or even an email.
Better dont buy
