I ordered a pair of pants from NYC
I ordered a pair of pants from NYC. They sent the wrong size. I contacted them in order to exchange the item. It is a total headache. It took them days to respond to all of my emails. They asked me to send the packaging info twice. Then they asked did I want a refund or exchange, when in every email I asked for an exchange. Currently I’m waiting on a response on how to handle the exchange. It’s been a week and no one has responded back. I’m stuck with too big pants that were a final sale so I can’t even send back on my own. I’ll never order from them again. NYC has really gone down in customer service and quality.
Refund Shenanigans
I bought some things for Christmas pictures.The items I purchased were either too big or we didn't like it person. So I returned the whole order in January of this year: Order #N3219836. I received an email in the middle of January, saying that it may take up to 41 days to process the return back in February. Well,I'm waiting on my money to be returned to me & it's October. They keep sending me
generic responses that just makes even more upset. I'm fed up & frustrated. I will NEVER shop with New York & Co. again!
Gone to the dogs
I have been a valued VIP card holder for over 25 years. Their line was already over priced but it was the only place to purchase corporate wear. This now e-commerce store has gone to the dogs. The clothing is now Chicago ole 1994 Jew town bargain basement apparel. The models even look tired and worn out.
Never again
I wish I could give them zero stars because they don't deserve any. Do not order from them online. I placed two orders 7/14 and 7/17. Haven't received neither one. Can't talk to nobody. All you can do is email CSR'S and all they do is apologize. Please avoid this company.
Worse company ever
I hope someone reads these reviews before they purchase from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM NY&COMPANY!! I received a dress with an inferior zipper. Took weeks to respond to me about how to return for a refund. Basically they charge a huge return fee and then they reduced the amount of my original purchase. In the end, my refund is about 5.00. Forget it. I just hope customers will read these reviews before they think about supporting this horrible company.
No communication
I ordered from New York & Company for the first time ever on June 18th 2024. It is now June 26th and I cannot get any information about my order. To track your order one has to download an app. After doing so the app send you around and around and around and you end up on their site with only more shopping that you can do. Even from Temu I don't have to download an app to track my orders. I will never order from this company again and I hope that I get the items that I did order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I received the wrong item and when I reached out to customer service it took weeks for anyone to get back to me. When they did get back to me they told me I had to pay $10 to ship back their wrong item and then they would consider refunding me for the item I never received. WORST customer service ever. I do not trust to give them anymore money especially with how they have been ignoring my emails and phone calls.

This used to be one of my favorite stores. I returned $150.00 worth of items over a month ago and I still have not received my refund. I sent several emails and sometimes they get answer and sometimes they don't. At 1st they said they didn't get my order. Now it is the warehouse has a backlog on logging the returns. I am definitely not shopping with them again.

I would give them no stars if that were possible. Now I have ordered from the them in the past and I didn't really have a problem but, I don't know what's going on now... I see a lot of people have gotten ripped off by this company. Now we need to file a lawsuit. I'm trying to contact FTC as well as the attorney general In the state where this company is listed because this is not legal. The stuff that they are doing, taking your money and not giving you your merchandise. That's called stealing. Please everyone who is having or has had this problem should do the same.

This is LITERALLY the worst company EVER. Such a shame, beacause I have been shopping at NY&CO from back when they were in EVERY mall out there. I returned over $300 worth of merchandise and have not received my refund. YOU HAVE NO WAY to contact ANY representative and emails go un answered. I have reported this company to every service that I can! BUYER BEWARE!
Poor customer service
I used to love this company, however for the past two years their service has declined to below accepted standards. No updates on orders, no response to emails, the sizing is off, the quality of their clothing is below standard and it takes a month to receive your order and I can guarantee you there will be an issue with the quality of clothing. I guess it’s time to look elsewhere for a company that meets my style needs.
Super late delivery, Horrible return policy
I placed the order on 4/22/24, standard delivery and it didn’t arrive until 5/13/24. I ordered these items for an event and the didn’t even arrive in time. When I go to return them, it says that all the items are final sale items. I don’t need any of it and don’t feel like I should be forced to keep and pay for items that too almost a month to receive. I will be cancelling my card with NY&CO and will NEVER place an order with this company again!
My order never came….
Ordered from them and paid the additional fee for 3-4 day delivery. No response with calling and emails are returned. I’m ready to hit the media based on all the customer complaints! I am so sorry that we have fallen prey to their false business practices but hopefully we will be refunded. I sense they may be closing soon so I’m hopeful that will help us out!
Returned a dress December 8th
Returned a dress December 8th. It is now May and I still have not recieved a refund after no less than 10 emails with their customer service. They are essentially stealing

I used to love NY&CO. I purchased an expensive dress and 2 headbands and they sent me stained and a couple of outfits in 2xl. I ordered a medium and these outfits were not what I ordered. Nobody answers the phone or email. You will be left with nothing.

Do not purchase from this company. Bought two dresses in January and they did not fit. I returned them and got a confirmation of the return. The confirmation said they had a high volume of returns so it may take some time to receive my refund. It is now the end of April and after several emails I still have not received my refund. Do not buy from this shady website.

I ordered 4 pair of pants on sale total $80.50. I received 2 pair and was charged more than $120. I tried calling several times and never talked to a person. I had to leave a message and still haven’t received a call back. I would definitely not recommend ordering from this company.

Visited the US from the UK and ordered a skirt a week before I was due to fly back home. I paid for expedited shipping so that I could guarantee that my items would be with me before I reached you to go home. Two days before I was supposed to fly home. I realise that I didn’t have the package so I emailed the company to see the status of my order as I hadn’t even received a dispatch notice yet. to this day, I am still waiting for a response to my email, even though this was over two weeks ago. Despite ordering over three weeks ago, I have not even got a confirmation that my order has been confirmed, let alone has been shipped. Yet, they were really quick to take my money!
Luckily for me I paid for my order on a credit card so I was able to get my money back through my credit card company for nondelivery of items and a breach of contract. The fashions look great. The website is very snazzy.
There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They are taking money and not delivering any product in any other sector at any other time this would be considered as fraud.

I purchased items from New York and Company back in January 2024. I received my items beginning week of February and returned two of the items. I purchased those items with the New York & Co creditcard. I received a return confirmation but they never refunded the cost of the items to my credit card. I’ve contacted them by phone and email over the past few months but no return call or email and I still have the outstanding balance on my credit card.
