PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMS!! This business shouldn't be allowed to be conducting any type of business in the US! I bought a dining table set that arrived damaged! And a china cabinet that showed all signs of being used and refurbished which clearly said NEW on their website! In addition to the redness of their reps they would never respond in a way of resolving any issue with their items!! They sent me 1 chair leg to be replaced by me even tho 1 paid for that sh**y white gloves service they provided! They never fixed the China cabinet broken doors or send someone to fix it as they promised on the phone!! These people are doing a very bad business..BE AWARE!!!

Bought a living room set. James from sales was very helpful.

Arrived in about 2 weeks with no issues.

Delivery team was helpful and courteous too.

The sales support and customer service was excellent. The first bedroom set I selected was out of stock for king size. The salesman talked me out of canceling my order and found other alternatives that I might like. Of the alternatives that he sent one of them was perfect. It arrived very timely and is absolutely beautiful! The quality is awesome! It exceeded my expectations. The price was great too!

Ordering was easy,delivery was fine but didn't like the chair and wanted to return it. I knew there would be restocking fee 20% and pay to ship it back. Paid $1400 for item ,they said it cost $400 to ship and the chair was $1000. They would deduct $200 for the restocking charge, $400 for the shipping( which was paid when purchased. ) and another $400 to ship it back. So they were going to deduct $1000 from the refund!!! PS, the chair is as hard as a stack of books. I would argue the point but it would be useless,stuck with a rock . Dont buy furniture online is all I could say

Ordering our bed frame set through NY further outlet has been a wild ride. The company is absolutely irresponsible and takes no accountability for their service. We paid an additional mount for white glove service with assembly and the delivery was cancelled 3 times due to the poor choice of their carriers. The cancellations did not have a prior notice. When the bed frame finally showed up, the company was unwilling to assemble the bed and customer service was hopeless. While the 3rd party company agreed to assemble, there was no help from NY furniture outlet or the carrier to resolve the issue. We will never order and do not recommend ordering through their website due to reckless service.

Really great transaction. Service was quick and they offered me the best price up front. No need to haggle anything. Probably the best furniture buying experience I’ve ever had. Received my dresser quicker than expected and in perfect condition. I will be buying from them again

Purchased a five piece bedroom set from this company. The packaging was supurb and nothing was damaged. Assembly took some time, but overall was very easy to follow. Amy A was a great point of reference and made sure that everything arrived on time and that no pieces were missing.

Bought a bed for a set price. All over their website it says free shipping. After we purchased the bed and were sent an email confirmation of the order, we received a call stating they forgot to include the shipping cost in their listed price online. I informed them they processed the order already and that is their own issue and I should not be asked to pay more for their own mistake. I ended up speaking to James who claimed to be the GM, he began yelling at me so I asked why he was being so rude when I was being calm. He said just because I was calm didn't make me a good person and he even went so far to say my wife was a horrible person. After yelling at me he said he was canceling my order because they can do business with whoever they like and then he hung up on me.

We bought ESF Dama Bianca set. It was the best choice for our master bedroom. Great quality and best service. Thank you!

This is an AWFUL company, I wish I had never knew it!
We got a defective sofa almost a year ago. Can you imagine sofa with non-vertical legs, some of them even don't reach the floor? That's what we got. And one side pillow moves where it shouldn't. Nothing is fixed! We have a report from a technician that all defects are manufactured. That's their response:

"This was further investigated by our management team and the manufacturer's team.

It was concluded that since no damage was noted on the drivers delivery receipt, we have no way of knowing the reason for the issues you reported.

Even though the repair technician stated that the item was defective, the manufacturer provided proof that stated the items were inspected before they left their warehouse and found it to be in perfect condition.
The manufacturer advised that all their items pass a rigorous quality check before transit, that is performed by a few different departments, to ensure that the pieces are in perfect condition."

We bought a glass table with self-storing leaves from the company. We paid for white glove delivery and assembly but the guys who came could not figure out how to put the table together based on the awful instructions. The company sent me different instructions that were also unclear. After trying for 3 hours they left with half of the table on my floor. To make a very long story short, after several weeks of back and forth with the company (and another assembly person coming out), we finally called one of their "white glove assembly" people directly. He came, and together with him and his assistant, we were able to assemble the table, going out of pocket to do so. Of course, at that point there were several dings and scratches on parts of the table. When we asked the company to cover the cost of the assembly (which was more than their initial white glove service charge), they refused. We opened a dispute with AmEx, and they LIED to AmEx about what had happened.

I waited 5 months for delivery. When I finally received my complete order(after refusing an incomplete order) it was damaged. There has been no resolution. There were many lies during the long wait and now there is no response when trying to contact for a resolution. I would recommend that the company take responsibility and make it right with me and the many other unsatisfied customers in these reviews.

Worst experience ever with this company.
They brought damaged furniture and then we returned the furniture. It’s been more than 3 months but they not giving any updates. Elena from claim departments is not doing anything she act like nothing happened. I dnt know why she is even hired for position. She is telling us to receive damaged furniture and then technician will fix it. Why can’t they fix the furniture and send us the new replacement. They do not want to refund our money . We going to sue them for mental harassment and damages.

The worse service ever
They are untruthful and would give you fake dates
I was supposed to get my furniture 4 weeks ago and yet did not receive anything
I will never order again from the company.

This is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased in my life! McFerran B1000 dresser with marble top came damaged. Looked nice by the marble on top had a really bad chip. They are trying to negotiate and give me the run around. I can't even find any decent words to describe the quality of this dresser received.
It's been 2 weeks since I filed a claim - AND NOTHING HAPPENED. These are the words from their customer service from 2 weeks ago: "a replacement does not guarantee that it won't arrive to you damaged again, or even in worse condition- this is what we got from NY FURNUTURE OUTLETS store. I asked for my money back and not replace the item and they said once this item leaves the wherehouse its not refundable. Trust me!!!! Don't BUY from this company. Worst buying experience ever. I'm still trying to get my money back and they have my damaged dresser. Don't make the same mistake. You will regret once they want you to pay for a damaged item.

This is the worst piece of furniture I ever purchased in my life! Yes, it was packed well, but that's the only positive thing here.
The biggest problem is that 3 out of 5 round legs cannot be installed straight, they are not vertical and apparently that led the back of one section be lower than the other two parts.
2 of those 3 legs( the ones in the middle) are floating in the air!!! Yes, they are not touching the floor! I can't even find any decent words to describe the quality we received.
It's been 3,5 weeks since I filed a claim - AND NOTHING HAPPENED. These are the words from their customer service from 3,5 weeks ago: "a replacement does not guarantee that it won't arrive to you damaged again, or even in worse condition". All defects we got were NOT AS A RESULT OF SHIPPING HEAVY ITEMS. These are the manufactured defects.
So, the whole list of problems: crooked legs, back of one section is lower than others, ripped leather, different washers for the same legs, one side pillow moving mechanism is not hidden enough(like the other one), the locking mechanism is pushed down while it should be horizontal and two parts are moving against each other constantly- this is what we got from NY FURNUTURE OUTLETS store.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.I have ordered furniture from this place.Paid full amount.They said the item is in stock and will get by 2wks but have recieved after 3 months. And above all i was delivered damaged furniture. When refused to accept the damaged furniture they keep saying i need to pay them for shipping and restocking for no fault of mine.DO NOT WASTE UR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PLACE!!

I had a really great experience with my purchase. I purchased a new sofa set for my formal living room. There was some damage cause during shipment and I contacted the claims department, they were very responsive and addressed my concerns in a timely manner. I received new sofa set within a few weeks. Their customer service is great, especially Ada who was very professional during our correspondence.

Do not buy from this place. I ordered a table, they first said it would arrive within 2 weeks. It arrived after 2 months. Broken. I paid using Affirm and the customer service representative from NY Furniture Outlets named Elena Uta refused to refund my money, instead insisting I accept a refurbished table (when I purchased a new table). They wanted me to pay $270 for shipping back and a 20% re-stocking fee (yes for a broken table) in order to process my refund. They STOLE $800 between the shipping and restocking fee which I am still on the hook for with Affirm. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. Your items will arrive broken and they will steal your money.
