Great customer service
Great customer service. The lady on the phone was very helpful when I complained that my collagen has not arrived on time. She passed this complaint to the manager who immediately reassured me that it’s on its way to me and as a good gesture she did not charge me for the month. It was a lovely surprise. Thank you

I received a 7 day trial so not sure the effects of this when used for a few months however I did enjoy using these for the short time. Very tasty and also love the packaging.

This was a 7 day trial. Unfortunately didn’t improve my skin. My skin rosacea flared on the nose area after 4 days. Unsure if this was anything to do with the amount of B Vitamins this product contains. Check the ingredients. The plastic packaging is extravagant and excessive as all the drinks are individual, this needs addressing to avoid unnecessary landfill.

We would like to thank you for your detailed review. NYME Collagen contains a total of 6 vitamins. Four of these are B Vitamins. I am so sorry to hear about your skin rosacea.
Our individual 25ml are made of recycled plastic. However, we are looking at possibly changing this is the near future, but we need to ensure that we maintain the stability of the 13 ingredients. Thank you for making the important point about landfill, we agree 100%.

Great quality and easy to take
I loved these.they were so easy to take every day and being an individual serving and in liquid form,you didn't need water and the serving was substantial ,not like tablets,and I'm sure they were better absorbed and went where they were needed quicker.

A great product I tried the berry…
A great product I tried the berry flavour but the downfall for me was the bitter after taste. I’m not sure if they do other flavours but the berry one wasn’t for me

I love the taste
I love the taste! It’s quite concentrated, flavourful and there is no fishy or bitter aftertaste. The customer service is also excellent! I had problems with my delivery but it was sorted out as soon as I contacted them.
