The products and delivery were good
The products and delivery were good. It was the customer service. With all the personalised look of the company,I wrote in a query about my skin, I immediately got back a reply from AI assistant. I could have got that myself. I then wrote that I wasn't happy with AI response, I then got an email from a human justifying their use of A1 etc but it did NOT refer to my query or reply to it. I was disappointed.

Very prompt response to online query.
Very prompt response to a stock query, even if it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. I'm a big fan of the gradual tan product. It works very well, even on my face, where I suffer from Rosacea & dermatitis.

First time buyer and I'm a lifelong convert.
I purchased the trial kit for AM and PM and within a few days my skin feels very smooth. The rosacea on my cheeks has virtually disappeared and my lines have plumped out, being not so noticeable. I chased Nyrah for the late delivery of my full-sized products, they promised delivery asap and only 3 days later I am delighted to have received them! They are expensive but are worth every penny. If you manage to get them in the sale it's a win-win!! I can't recommend them enough and I actually look forward to treating my face with these products twice a day. Thank you Nyrah.

Also,Lorraine and her staff are very accessible and knowledgible if I have any questions about which of their products will best suit my particular skin issues when they arise. Really lovely products
Really lovely products. Skin feels and looks more refreshed , smell divine. Tried the starter packs definitely worth trying out first. Will definitely invest in full size. Had issue with delivery but team were very helpful in trying to sort it out.
