I have tried several times to co tact NZ Blooms, to no avail.
Ordered a beautiful bouquet, Sunset Seranade for my daughter in laws birthday, a pathetic, tiny arrangement was delivered. Not $90 worth.
So difficult finding and trusting a company when you live on the other side of the world, but its heart breaking knowing tjat the arrangement sent did not meet expectations.
Goung to contact my credit card company and get a refund.
NZ Blooms have had several chances to rectify. Haven't bothered to contact me.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I’d spent a fortune on flowers. This company has to be the WORST company. I ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter today for her birthday and phone 4 times to be told they were in transit. On the 3rd time I asked to speak to a manager and the customer service person refused to put me through and then ended up hanging up on me. The forth time I called back it sounded like he was just sitting there twiddling his thumbs. When asked what he was doing he mumbles something about putting me through to someone and then hang up. Apparently I’m now waiting for someone to call me back. How on earth does it take 9 hours to deliver flowers in Auckland when I gave them5 days notice. My daughter deserved those flowers and thanks to this company she has received anything. No use getting them tomorrow or in 6 days time. It was her birthday TODAY. I have asked for a refund and they won’t do it as the flowers are STILL in transit. Is this actually a real company or a rip off ??? DISGUSTING WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS

I ordered 14 long stem white roses in memory of a family member who passed away. As I live overseas I wanted the bouquet to be a lovely gesture to my family in NZ after losing their relative. However, when I saw the photo from one of my relatives of what had been delivered I was shocked - a small bunch of mostly greenery with two white flowers of some description in the middle. NZ Blooms sent an email to say they were not able to source white roses and sent something of the same value. But the bouquet that was delivered was incomparable in value to what I had ordered and after REPEATED emails to them to resolve the issue and give me a partial refund, they are refusing to do so and now not responding. I am angry and upset that such a fraudulent company can get away with such customer service - and judging by the other reviews on here - have been operating this way for some time! Do not use this company for floral deliveries - they are a total scam.

I can only repeat/emphasise all the negative comments about NzBlooms. Bad quality, poor customer relations and even late delivering a replacement arrangement.
Do not touch these guys.!!

I am honestly so upset and disappointed with my experience.

I ordered flowers from Melbourne to be delivered to my friend in New Zealand who is currently going through cancer treatment. This was incredibly important to me because I couldn’t physically be there for her, so sending her beautiful flowers was one small way I could show up for her during such a difficult time.

I specifically paid for same-day delivery, yet the flowers did not arrive until the following day. On top of that, I paid extra for one of the larger/super deluxe arrangements because I wanted her to receive something really beautiful and special. What she actually received was nowhere near what I expected for what I paid. The flowers looked old and the arrangement did not reflect the size or quality I had ordered.

I was honestly embarrassed when I saw what had been delivered. When you are sending flowers to someone going through cancer treatment, there is meaning behind that gesture. I trusted this company to deliver what I had paid for, especially when I was ordering from another country and couldn’t be there myself.

The entire experience has been extremely disappointing. After now reading through other customers’ reviews, I really wish I had read them before placing my order.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend ordering from this company. If you are sending flowers for an important or sensitive occasion, please do your research first. I certainly wish I had.

Still waiting for my flowers. Days late. Unable to reach anyone who can help via the call centre in the US.

Absolutely horrendous, do not recommend!!
I should have come here and read the reviews first before using them. Been over a week now and the flowers I ordered were not delivered and the customer service is beyond horrible

I would give it zero stars if I could. Placed an order on Monday night, paid for overnight shipping & they arrived on Thursday (looking terrible, definitely not worth what I paid). In addition, the customer service was an absolute joke. These people sounded like they’d never had a day of training in their life, kept putting me on a silent mute & hanging up on me unprovoked? Disgusting excuse for a business

Wish I had checked the rwviews before i ordered ffs

This is disappointing as I did specifically ask for a few basic things at the start and they were not met.
I live in Melbourne but at the moment I am in China, so I was relying on you providing the service of delivery confirmation and providing the image of the finished product and to confirm the card message was correct and also to confirm the vase was a suitable blue as the deceased is male and for future reference I would know what to expect it reality for the price we paid if we were to use your services again, the image provided does not elude to any of these.
The name and number of the recipient was also provided so the delivery could be liased with that person as they were not expecting it.
I was specifically not intending to check with the recipient due to the passing of her father, so this is not ideal.
Obviously now based on reviews i wll unlikely get a professional response which is rubbish
Deeply regrettable experience
I should have used another service but the website was convincing and over promised.

Worst service ever, asked and paid for same day delivery for a friends birthday and got in just before the advised cut off time. Delivered TWO DAYS LATER by New Zealand Couriers! It's a perishable item so this is an absolute scam!

The bouquet was not delivered on the day requested, arrived on the day of the funeral. There was no card, just a ticket that was printed off from the order with my sympathy note. The bouquet was shocking looked nothing like the picture and only had 2 blooms for $120 bouquet I could have got a better bunch from the dairy for $30. I was so embarrassed having known this family for 40 years. Complained and demanded a full refund which was denied. I have requested a replacement bouquet to be sent to me from a reputable florist. Do not order from this shoddy business!!

Super disappointed. For $180, Flowers were delivered over a day late, they were nothing like the photo, not even the same type of flower. Flowers were browning, in plain, cheap looking wrapping. Vase was missing from the order. I think they came from Australia? Not 100% sure but considering the shipping confirmation email was an Australian email and they were late on delivery with the flowers already browning, I can only assume.

I ordered from Waikato NZ. I’ve ordered before from Amy’s flowers and Le Fleur, both located in Hamilton and they have always been immaculate and prompt on delivery, even on busy holidays like Mother’s Day or Valentine’s Day. I only tried NZ Blooms to explore a new options online, but never again!!

Scam scam scam. Absolutely shit service. They don't have same day delivery. The don't and won't refund. Im sorry to say but 3 different Indians spoke to me and they said wait 1 minute, put me on hold and kept telling me its getting sorted. Someone bring these pricks to justice please. Not a happy camper. If i lived in Auckland they would definitely be getting a visit

Flower arrangement underwhelming, 'masonry' jar more like a jam jar that didn't support the flowers, contacted company and got underwhelming response. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Its a scam shadow website and they probably have many others connected to the same warehouse in Auckland. Do NOT USE! they send a BOX OF FLOWERs in overnight courier not same day as advertised, the content will be half what you ordered and weltered garbage. You pay for what you get. If you call them to question they will have a list of programmed excuses like the local shop is not available right now. Tui YEAH RIGHT>

I paid NZ$225.00 for a designer arrangement and received a much cheaper substitute that was not even arranged professionally. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company. I sent in a complaint along with a photo but was told I did not send it in quick enough and that they thought it was fine.

Very disappointing experience with NZ Blooms.
I ordered flowers from Australia for an elderly recipient in Auckland on 20 August, at a cost of approximately $170. Given the price and the fact that the flowers were for an elderly person, I expected clear communication and confirmation that the order had been delivered to the correct recipient.
The only update I initially received was that the order was being prepared and scheduled for delivery. When I contacted them later in the evening to check on the delivery, I was told that the flowers were still in transit and scheduled for delivery that day. The following day, after receiving no delivery confirmation, I contacted them again and was then told that the order had supposedly been delivered at 7:38 PM on 20 August.
What is particularly concerning is that NZ Blooms has admitted that their delivery report does not confirm who actually received the order. So, after spending $170, I still have no way of knowing whether the flowers reached the correct person at all.
Delivering flowers to an elderly recipient at 7:38 PM is also far from ideal, as they may already be asleep, and I had specifically raised my concerns that the recipient goes to bed early.
The communication was confusing, delayed and inconsistent. I also requested a photo of the flower arrangement but was told this could not be provided.
For a premium-priced order, I expected much better customer service, clearer tracking, reasonable delivery communication and, most importantly, confirmation that the flowers were actually delivered to the intended recipient. Unfortunately, I cannot confidently say that this order was successfully delivered.

One star is even too high.
Left with no flowers for my Sisters funeral.

Payed extra for Same day delivery, arrived 4 days later so missed the anniversary all together. The pathetic bunch of Roses were half dead by the time they arrived. And they would not refund me. Theiving pricks. DO NOT SHOP WITH NZ BLOOMS!!
