This is my second time using them, first time was great.
This time has been awful, it's coming to 2 months that I've been waiting on my delivery. Tried to contact them via email several times and had no response, their help page recommends getting in touch via Twitter but no response. Gutted as 1st experience was great

First time on nzgameshop.com found the whole process easy to navigate.Pleased to have sourced the DVD I wanted.

Easy to use website and the item I've purchased is way cheaper than on wish

Quick, easy, no fuss. They had what I was looking for, added it to cart, on to checkout, enter details and boom! Done!

I am really impressed by nzgameshop, I've been able to buy a couple of items ( dvs ) from them that I couldn't find here or could find but with inflated prices even for 2nd hand. Items are dispatched quickly and well packaged but most amazing of all has been how well they respond to queries. My parcel became close to being overdue, I was reassured when they told me although there wasn't tracking the parcel was insured and to wait a few more days and it did turn up but their response was personal, my email had been read, there was no feeling of the automated replies that cause frustration and don't address the question. I completely relaxed with it. I knew I could get back to them if I had to.

It was an easy process to sign up and buy the dvd.

I love shopping at NZGameShop!! Have been buying from them for years. I love how I can get no longer available or not available in NZ things. Every time much cheaper than buying in NZ retail.

Very happy with NZGameShop's fast service and lower prices than even the local shops here. Also the fact that they sell certain games or editions of games that are just not available here or that long went out of stock in New Zealand. Fab!

Haven’t received the dvds I ordered, no tracking number or shipment advice. I ordered these dvds over a month ago! Bullsh*t. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Not sure why the reviews for this is so bad. The About Us page on their website tells you exactly where they are located. Please read about the company before you make a purchase or suspect they are a scam.

I made an order on 27th February and received my item on 21st March. I did contact them about a tracking number and was advised there was none, however I contacted them again through FB Messenger a week later and the lovely customer service representative tracked my order for me. Their replies were also quick.

I would give nzgameshop.com 5/5!

Took well over a month to arrive and despite saying NZ game shop it clearly has nothing to do with new Zealand as it isn't zoned for our region. Waste of time don't buy from them. Looks like many have been scammed too

ABSOLUTELY do not buy from this site. I tried and was scammed out of over $100 with no ability to follow it up.
Check out their FB reviews and find dozens more in the same boat.
They’re basically uncontactable, they don’t reply to msgs - despite saying they will and have an extensive history of not supplying goods.
Basically this is an elaborate scam site and you’re better off buying from ANYWHERE else.
Oh and despite saying they’re “NZgameshop” they have nothing to do with New Zealand- that’s also part of their scam.

Purchased a mug 7 days ago and I have no news of dispatch... Hopefully they are still in stock, not very amused by the wait
