I bought a deshedding brush for my Golden Retriever from this store hoping to get his seasonal molting under control. The brush handles really well and definitely pulls out an incredible amount of loose undercoat without irritating his skin. He actually seems to enjoy the grooming sessions now. I'm giving it four stars simply because the handle grip gets a bit slippery if your hands are wet or sweaty. A slightly more rubberized grip would make it perfect. Still, it's a very effective tool for dog owners.

Bought a walking harness from Paws NZ for our dog after her old one started fraying at the buckle. Material feels sturdier than the last one we had, though the sizing chart ran a bit small so I ended up exchanging for the next size up. Delivery took until Saturday, a day past the original estimate. Clip mechanism is stiffer than I'd like, takes both hands to undo it quickly. She's worn it on walks most days since and hasn't tried chewing through the strap yet, unlike the previous one.

Good pet products that are all good for all animals. They cause no reactions which is very important. And very friendly staff who communicates really well.

For the short time I was in New Zealand for a vacation this store was my remedy for pet supplies. She's a little sensitive but I'm glad she didn't get any reactions from their suplies. Definitely the best.
