Oakbrook took time to listen to what were looking for then carefully worked out what we could afford. We found Oakbrook to be professional, courteous and took time to ensure that our needs were met.
Since taking a loan with Oakland I can say they are there when you have a question about your loan or payments plus the app has everything you need to guide you found them very good so far

Terrible app and customer service
Repeated Failure in Direct Debit being set up resulting in having to make several phone calls to customer service team. The online app never worked, wait tine to speak to an advisor was always over 45 minutes, and I was repeatedly put on hold for longer periods of time meaning every call to the company always lasted me over an hour. Customer service and app was so bad I moved to loan to someone else after only a few months so I didn't have to deal with any more issues.
