The furniture arrived quickly, was delivered to my room of choice and is perfect for my needs. The quality is excellent for the price and no assembly was required. I look forward to making another purchase.

Enjoyed the purchasing, client services & finished product experience. A great quality product! I purchased a total of 9 items sight unseen. One suggestion would be to match website + product purchase description to corrugated box. This would reduce client confusion at time of delivery. But, all & all, I will be a returning customer!

We love our new dining room table, chairs and sideboard from Oak Furnitureland. They had a great selection at the store in Burlington and the furniture is great quality. The corner of the table was damaged when it arrived. The customer service was wonderful and they had a replacement delivered within a week.

Purchased online February 17. Order confirmation promised delivery March 9. I never heard from them. I'm writing this on March 24. I'm still waiting.
I called customer service on March 9. First, the man who answered was unintelligible. It wasn't the accent, I watch a lot of Brit TV show. He simply had a speech impediment, answering a customer service line.
He told me there was a "stockage" problem in New Jersey. They hoped the product would be delivered to NJ. In the first week of April. It would be another 2 weeks to deliver my order to Boston. I could carry it on my back from New Jersey to Boston faster.
I would be less aggravated if they simply called me before the promised delivery date. I had to call them. I asked what they would do for me to compensate for making me wait so long. I said I would settle for a $100 credit. They couldn't do that, the hard-to-understand customer service rep told me.
Incompetent at logistics, terrible customer service. Don't buy from them unless you're patient.

I am a repeat customer. Because of the service and the quality of the products, I have just received my 5th piece. They are beautiful to say the least and are total oak with no veneers. I am completely satisfied with my purchases and I would highly recommend Oak Furnitureland USA and their products.

We wanted well made SOLID WOOD furniture, not veneer, that we could afford. We purchased two bedroom dressers; They look great and drawers slide well. Our sales person was well informed, very helpful, and never pushy. The delivery team was polite, on time and cleaned up every scrap of paper. I am happy every time I look at our new dressers!!

We promptly cancelled our order the very next day after placing it - well within the store's 48 hour cancellation period for full refund. It has now been over a month and many phone calls - still waiting for our $5872.00 return. They keep staying it is in process. Very shady company - be wary of them.

Sheldon Vas helped with my order after I needed to make a change. He was very professional and courteous and went the extra mile to assist me in a couple of requests. The furniture was as promised on the website. It's extremely well made and beautiful. I plan to continue doing business with Oak Furnitureland USA because of both the customer service and the quality of furniture.

Quality furniture can make all the difference in your home. Buying furniture through internet can be a bit overwhelming even for the most seasoned of shoppers like me :).

After searching for new furnishing for our guest bedroom I came across Oak Furnitureland. At first, I was skeptical and not sure if I would get what it’s shown on the site. I took the risk, and ordered my furniture in late December. I wished the delivery time could have been quicker (11 weeks) but it worth the wait.

When my bedroom set got delivered, all pieces came fault free and as shown on the pictures on their site. All pieces are truly made from high quality oak with an excellent finish and you can tell that it has been build as long-lasting high-quality furniture.

After the bed got assembled (nightstands come in one piece) and room was made, there was no smell in the room at all (I am talking about the usual awful smell of new furniture caused by off gassing of Formaldehyde or paints used).

I am delighted and I absolutely love my new guest bedroom, in fact I will now buy more in the future. I would highly recommend this furniture and the company to anyone who wants to by safe and quality furniture that is not overpriced. Their customer service staff, especially Sheldon Vas is excellent and was extremely helpful.

I Purchased a Cranbrook Solid Hardwood Armoire & 2 drawer Nightstand from Oak Furnitureland USA. Sheldon Vas was very professional handling my order and keeping me updated with arrival time and date. Armoire and Nightstand arrived earlier than projected. I elected to pick up my order at Lambert Transfer Company who handled it very carefully and loaded it for me. I rate both companies with an Excellent rating. The quality of the Armoire and Nightstand is also excellent. I highly recommend doing business with both companies.

Have received an apology for poor service given with my recent order. A good will gesture was offered which was gratefully recieved. Hence the increase in my stars and it is good to know that Oakfurnitureland to value their customers.

I not long reviewed Oak Furniture Land about the issues I had with one of my deliveries and none the less everything in my review I said was true - however after long running battle with company and essentially just giving up I will like to add to my review that I have recieved some sort of correct compensation from someone in Head Office called Rupert. It’s the first time I have felt treated like a customer so I will give some positive credit to the company for this and a good will gesture they are providing. I genuinely am not one to make a fuss unless something is really bad and I’ve never written a review on her - all in all I’m still a little sceptical about the company but this may just have been a one off case and do seem to be making active steps now to rectify my experience which is something that should be accounted for and to put people at ease if an issue arised with your order. The necessary steps are being taken now and I thank you Head Office for the phone call I received to which was actually a nice surprise.

After a chat with a good guy I was very pleased with the outcome and would use this company again.

This comment is a follow up to a 1star comment I previously made regarding unacceptable customer service.In response to the previous comment made we have been contacted by a Mr Rupert Francis who has apologised profusely-an apology I consider to be a genuine attempt to rectify the previous unsatisfactory situation.He has recognised that the customer service needs a total reappraisal in line with a reputable company-let's hope that his intentions are followed through.The 4 stars are given in the light of Mr Francis' response-5 stars if he follows through!

The furniture, while decently constructed, is sized for children, by American standards. No metal guides for drawers. Very difficult to deal with - they make you jump through hundreds of hoops when things aren’t right. Mine came over a month late and 2 pieces were damaged. At the 2.5 month mark I still hadn’t received my replacement dresser and chest so I cancelled the entire order and asked them to pick up the bedside tables that were delivered. They played with my money for 2.5 months & still couldn’t close the deal. All I got were empty promises and a lot of apologies... I DO NOT recommend purchasing with this company online - brick and mortar may be different, but online is nothing but a SCAM. I’ve never had such a negative experience purchasing online... EVER.

The staff in Oak Furniture Land Weston went above and beyond when I came in to purchase some furniture. They were very helpful in the decision making process and didn’t pressure me into purchasing anything I wasn’t particularly keen on. The service was amazing overall and I would definitely come back to buy more furniture here.

Absolutely delighted with my new dining room table and chairs. The salesman in the store was pleasant and helpful and assured us we would have delivery within 3 weeks. Today the nice men delivered my furniture - 13 days from ordering. Everything was well packed and in good order. So my verdict is excellent furniture at a reasonable price.
