Recently completed my car purchase from Oaklodge cars. What an absolute pleasure dealing with Briggs and Kully!! Went for test drive, I highlighted a small problem and it was dealt with without hesitation!
All throughout the process they have been totally upfront, honest and transparent with me.
Cannot recommend them highly enough!!
Two genuinely nice guys, wicked sense of humour and really not bad at making tea and coffee 😊.

Let me start by saying that Kully is a very nice guy, goes a long way to help people and nothing is too much to ask for, even helped me get a great finance deal after my own company let me down... Saying that I bought a 2017 mustard which on the surface looked like a great car, was told it had 10 months MOT (later was told not done by his garage) and was given a macanicl check over before I bought it but once I had the car I took it to my own garage I found it had a lot of issues form unsafe tyres, stuck parking brake through to leaking skocks, blocked screen wash filter and damaged wipers blades plus a range of other problems and whilst Kully did pay for the new tyres and also offered to look at the other repairs I decided to do the work out of my own pocket just because I found it hard to trust him in light of what I was told about the car and what was actually the truth. In my opinion the car should have never been sold in that condition, including the tyres I am looking at a bill of around £4800 to put the car right, plus once the work is finished it will also need to be given a real MOT as there's no way that car passed an actual MOT with the amount of faults. With all that said I still wouldn't boycott this garage as my over all experience wasn't that bad, polite, friendly and excellent communication... I would probably just take more time to check over my next car from him.

If I could put a 0 star rating I would. I’m not sure where these second hand cars come from but they don’t come out approved and safe for the road. After challenging this for 18 months all you get is excuse after excuse, never actually owned up to selling something that was not road worthy in the first place. All talk, good salesmen that’s all I would say. And the response I got is from a true talk the talk salesman, that did not even respond to an official complaint through his business door but will in order to fluff up his reviews. Buy with your eyes wide open and ask for the garage which service and MOT the vehicles, unfortunately I. Was not provided with this when asked. I also asked for them to buy the car back after it first started to produce smoke, but the business owner was conveniently on holiday, and this was never mentioned again and he asked me to follow warranty procedures. I was miss sold warranty though and it wasn’t actually covered, I was talked into getting extended warranty with the dealer joking around and said “it’s probably best” the car was over the mileage limit when it was sold to me and over the age limit to even be considered under warranty which I was not made aware of, so I would urge you to check this first too.

I recently purchased my first car, and I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Kully at Oaklodge Cars provided exceptional service. I had the pleasure of giving a 5 star review when I purchased my mini convertible on the 30 December. At the time it was not possible for Kully to put the car through its MOT, it was agreed that Kully would pay the cost of the MOT when we had it done. True to his word when we contacted Kully this week he did pay plus a goodwill payment towards a new tyre. Thank you Kully, you truly are a man of your word.

Great range of cars.
Nothing was too much trouble for Kully who was friendly, helpful and honest throughout.
Communication was regular and thorough.
Car was handed over in great condition.
After sales has been great as well.

An amazing outstanding service from start to finish, Kullly was so helpful even stayed later on evening so I could view the vehicle ( Nissan Micra) as don’t finish work till later, had a long test drive too, which was great as we knew the car was all running in great condition and driving order. The car was in immaculate condition with all service history and spare key etc.

He helped set up all my tax details and also had the car delivered to my door step with amazing customer gifts, must say it has been the best experience I’ve ever had in buying a car and would recommend the company and his car services to anyone interested in buying a car.

We have today taken collection of a Mini Countryman from Kully. There aren't many garages out there that would personally deliver this to your door at more than a 300mile round trip..but Kully did.

He promised us when he met us he'd see us right, carefully listening to what we needed and wanted and then diligently searching until he found it. Friendly and without and pressure he kept us in the loop of when our car would be ready.

Kully really does buck the stereotype.. an honest, truthful and customer focused person who really does have your back. Thank you Kully for the fabulous car and the even better customer service.

Honestly I don’t know where to start, Kully was amazing and I could not thank him enough. He looked after us very well and not one thing I could fault him on and his services were excellent. 16/11/2024 I took delivery of my 2012 Mini Cooper clubman D with John Cooper interior half leather, having been recommended by a dear friend who builds and races Morgan coach built cars, he knows a thing or three! He wasn't wrong, this car has everything a driver wants including elements of luxury and nifty little assets you never knew you needed. But non of this would have been possible if it wasn't for Kully. This absolute consummate professional of a gentleman with a passion for car's was only second to his genuine, reassuring generous nature. I absolutely recommend Oaklodge Cars and endorse them fully as one hundred percent trustworthy and made the whole experience a joy! A client for life methinks, and probably a great pal into the future. D

I cannot recommend this place/ Kully highly enough! From first contact, to completion of sale, the whole sales service and experience has been exemplary! I first contacted Kully to enquire about his existing stock. At the time he had no automatics available but quite impressively he was able to source the car I ended up buying in less than a week. My first viewing was perfect. Kully is very knowledgeable and you can tell his heart is in selling cars and making sure that the customer has a comfortable experience. He then went out his way to make sure the car was in as new condition as a used car could be and that I was leaving the courtyard with a pristine, checked, and serviced, motor. Then there was the extra little touches, that you most certainly wouldn't get with the well-known dealerships, that really made the whole experience so lovely! Kully is proof that there are good salesmen out there, that you can trust and rely on. Thank you, Kully, I love my car! (and my toy one)

I could not recommend Oaklodge Cars enough! I travelled from NI to England for my new car and Kully was extremely helpful and reassuring. He went above and beyond, fixing scrapes/dents on alloys, staying in constant contact - always replying to my WhatsApps in good time, and meeting with my brother for a test drive, walking me thoroughly around the car to ensure I was happy and familiar with it before leaving. He went out of this way and met me on a bank holiday, picking me up from the train station and allowing me to pick up my new car when I was already in England to allow me to avoid making multiple trips. The car itself (Range Rover) is in great condition, and was a very reasonable price for such a high spec - I am obsessed and had a great time road tripping through England, Wales and Ireland to get her home 😁🙌🏻
Kully even gifted me a bottle of my favourite Prosecco and a box of chocolates. First class service and I have no doubt that if I should need to contact him in the future he will be just as helpful as he has been so far. Thank you Kully

After confirming with the Oaklodge Cars the price of the car, we awaited the arrival of the walk round video, the physical dimensions of the car's boot space and a quote on the delivery charge to our home address as promised by Colin & Pete of Oaklodge Cars.
It has been over a week since our first contact with Oaklodge Cars and four days since our last contact and we haven't heard a thing from them.
I would advise that you don't waste your time with them.
