Had to get a replacement Kettler table to a holiday rental in Dorset in 24 hours and Dan and Katie (think it was?) were both amazing as was the delivery driver who made it all happen without spoiling our holiday. Thank you so much!

Great quality at a good price
My first time buying from Oaktree, normally using a local garden centre.
I bought the double foot stall to match Elba garden furniture.
Customer service were able on hold the stock for a couple of days for me for my convenience, meaning I didn’t need to take time off work. Appreciated this service. Would recommend them to a friend/family

Good, easy transaction and nearly a speedy delivery. One problem… your carrier did not inform us when they were delivering. Consequently we missed our delivery and had to wait for the next - and again no communication from the carrier, fortunately we were at home the second time.

Excellent customer service for once
Excellent customer service, which is a rarity nowadays.
I ordered the Kettler canopy on Sunday, was rang by customer service on Monday and received the item on Wednesday.
Would definitely use again without hesitation.
