We have received exceptional service from Oaktree over the last 8 years from both the sales and service departments. The aftercare service is brilliant and very personal. When we have had an issue they have always supported us via the phone and in person. We recently had an electrical issue and they systematically worked through the problem to find the solution. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This company is on my doorstep so that's so much easier to get help if I need it.Also the team work so hard to put things right and keep there customers happy.

Absolutely over the moon with my new vw camper from Oaktree. Staff are so friendly and bend over backwards to help. After care also amazing! I returned with a squeaky belt a month after buying my van and they fit me in straight away and sorted it as I was going away travelling next day. I would highly recommend Oaktree.

After looking for our dream motorhome for some months, we found ours on our doorstep at Oaktree. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and we were welcome to visit our motorhome anytime whilst waiting for it to be prepared, greeted like an old friend and offered refreshments from the lovely staff. The handover was thorough and informative and overall we had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

There was a great selection of motorhomes and campervans at Oaktree Motorhomes a number of which were in our budget and suited our 'wants'. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, offered us coffee (we nabbed a bickie too!) whilst they took our VW Campervan in for assessment for a p/ex value. They made us a decent offer and we worked out a deal for a Swift Compact C404, we collected it a couple of weeks later and it was prepared to a high standard and they gave us a good handover demo. After a couple of weekends away we found a few niggles which were sorted out with no issues at all. We'd heard good things about Oaktree Motorhomes and our experience of them proved that. Great buying experience from start with no pressure sell but very informative buying process this company really excell at customer service with every detail covered. Personally the handover and after sales was second to none.The vehicle we purchased was in excellent condition condition with all snags found sorted above and beyond.
Overall would highly recommend this company and would definitely consider for any future purchase.

I bought my campervan from Oaktree Motorhomes last year, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions, but there was never any pressure to make a decision. Instead, I was given honest advice, plenty of time to look around, and all the information I needed to feel confident in my purchase.
Since then, my van has been back a couple of times for a few minor issues and its service. Every time, the team has been absolutely fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble, no matter how big or small the job, and they genuinely go out of their way to help.
Everyone at Oaktree Motorhomes is friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I'm always greeted with a smile, and it's always a pleasure to see Bailey the dog, who somehow makes every visit even better!

Have been with Oaktree for the last 3 years for all my Motorhome needs, from purchase to upgrade installs, servicing and habitation checks. First class support and workmanship at reasonable prices. Friendly helpful staff and decent coffee whilst you wait. Biscuits aren't bad either. Highly recommended to get you all ready for your motorhome adventures.

Following an absolutely awful experience with Lancaster Caravans in Carnforth we located the same model of motorhome a Sunlight T68 at Oaktree. I discussed the vehicle with the Sales Manager Andy Vinson who I found to be immediately knowledgeable about this vehicle and very straightforward in his approach. We were due to go on holiday but having agreed in principle to purchase the van it was removed from their website and we were put under zero pressure to place our deposit despite having negotiated for additional equipment to be installed. I always feel that you can gauge a company by visiting them and seeing whether the employees seem happy and friendly. At Oaktree the welcome is warm and every member of staff whether office based or workshop were friendly & helpful. The van was beautifully presented & true to Andy’s word they had checked the tyres & fired two new plus during the service they were unhappy with & changed the water pump. Even the additional equipment I requested is of the best quality. All in all a wonderful experience & I can only echo the remarks re lack of pressure etc made by other

Brilliant after sales service. We had our lithium battery, solar panels and dc charger fitted by Oaktree Motorhomes 3 years ago and the whole set up had worked well. While touring Norway recently we had a battery problem and contacted Rob for help. He tried everything he could via email and phone but unfortunately nothing worked. So we drove to Oaktree a few days after getting home and they managed to sort everything out for us. Couldn't have asked for any more we would definitely recommend Oaktree.

From initial contact to picking up has been very smooth. It’s my first ever campervan and I was so excited. The guys did an excellent job of showing me how everything works. After sales is second to none. 100% if you’re looking for your next adventure vessel give these guys a call.

We recently purchased a Hymer from Oaktree Motorhomes. Our salesman, Neil was absolutely fantastic, he didn’t press us was just there when we needed him using a sort of hands off approach. Oaktree, promised an awful lot to us and on collection they followed through. Neil even took time from his honeymoon week to ensure all was going smoothly for handover upon his return! Everyone at Oaktree were so helpful on handover day including their Accounts department. The Motorhome itself is everything we had hoped. It was immaculately clean and valeted on the outside to a very high standard upon delivery. All in all a tremendous experience.

Campervan was exactly the right one we were after. A 5 year old van but in excellent condition. We saw the van on Autotrader and we're very excited as it fitted our wish list. We phoned Oaktree and asked about what options we had. We paid a refundable deposit to hold the van until we could view the van. We drove 250 miles to view the van and discussed the next steps. The van would be mot'd and any work needed to be done. A full service and a new cam belt were undertaken ready for when we picked the campervan up. We arranged a time and date for the hand. We caught the train from Milford Haven (Wales) to Nottingham and then from Nottingham to Oaktree's local station. Jason picked us up and took us to pick the van up. He did an excellent handover and explained everything to us. This was our 1st big campervan after having a micro van for 4 years. Oaktree did a great job and are highly recommended.

Friendly, knowledgeable sales people who didn't pester us but allowed us to view as many vehicles as we wanted at a pace that suited us. Although they sell motorhomes all the time they understand that it is a major purchase for most people and don't try to entice you into buying but allow you space to make what is a big decision. Preparation of of our vehicle before we picked it up was superb and we drove away confident that everything had been checked and was as it should be. On our first trip away I thought we may have an issue with the heating so I phoned Oaktree who put me through to the service manager who was happy to explain what I was doing wrong. In my opinion a good honest company.
