Ive been on 5 ADR courses over the last 20 years and got to say i enjoyed this one the most.
Ker was very professional and had a great knowledge and the week went by really fast not like some ive been on where it feels like it drags on.

Just finished my 1st ADR core course.
Ker our trainer did a very professional and thorough job throughout the course.
Really pleased and chuffed to have passed my exams!

I completed a full ADR course using Oakwood/Ker. Everything was explained to me, the course materials arrived as stated, the reference book really covered everything off, on Ker's advice, I didn't reference any other materials for this course. I can't rate Oakwood high enough, I will be using them again for two further ADR classes, ( 1,7). Thanks Ker, Bill et Al.

I dealt with Ker for both booking and the CPC course itself. He was amazing at getting me on the course the next day so I can be prepared for my new job the follow week. I was a nightmare to tie down for course dates as I was doing some coach work and kept cancelling. Then I got Covid which seriously affected my availability but Oakwood kept their cool and yesterday I attended my first of 3 course days so that I can retain my CPC which runs out on 24th of this month.
I have to say that Ker managed to retain the interest of 4 guys in a subject which is not the most exciting and we were all fully participating right to the end. Well done Ker and thanks for your patience with my booking.
