Amending my previous rating, to account for the end of my support troubles. While the business’s support response times, initial lack of status updates on the parcel, and communication do still leave quite a bit to be desired, and I do believe that there needs to be more transparency, (by all means, it appears that they should have more staff — I understand the financial difficulties or behind the scenes logistics that may prevent one from doing so) I did finally manage to secure a refund as my package was indeed lost in transit.

I am satisfied with the end result of my negotiations and support discussions with the support team. I simply wish that things were clearer and the response times were better. If it didn’t feel like I needed to approach the matter with notable pressure to get a response, this would not have been such a kerfuffle. From a quality standpoint, the merchandise that I have previously ordered and received from Object Show has been of great quality and craftsmanship and is otherwise a great way to support small, niche / indie creators and their art.

I ordered a plush toy for my child on 19th December with promised delivery on the 2nd of January and I haven't received it. After contacting them on several occasions their excuse was that international shipments could take longer which is absurd as I've ordered several times plushes from the US and the maximum delay was 5 days! Luckily I've got my money back through PayPal but I strongly discourage you to buy from this place.

Order was paid for on November 29, 2025, and no order confirmation email was received. After contacting the company on December 11 to obtain confirmation, I was informed that the items had not yet shipped and would shipped shortly The shirt ultimately arrived well after Christmas, despite there being more than enough time for delivery.

I documented all correspondence with the vendor and was explicitly assured that a return would be accepted. However, when I later requested confirmation of the return policy, I was told they would not accept the return—directly contradicting their earlier written communication.

Communication throughout the process was inconsistent and unreliable. I often had to send multiple emails to receive a single response.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and an especially frustrating outcome for a Christmas gift. I would not recommend this company based on poor communication, delayed fulfillment, and failure to honor documented assurances.

Package was out for delivery for a week before it arrived, box not sealed and nearly open. It was left on the step of our multi-unit building and they didn't even use the buzzer.
Just an overall bad/weird buying experience. Only did it to get my nephew pins he wanted for Christmas but I'll skip wishlist items from this place in the future.

I placed an order in the start of this year, when the product was arriving, it got a massive tariff that i refused to pay, with that, my product returned to it's original place and when i refunded, i never recieved the money back, and the support kept saying "the money has been processed into your account" but never was.

I LOVE how amazing ObjectShow.com is and how high-quality their plushies are. I have only bought two things (the Sketchpad Plush and the OSC Pin), but I would say that they are very high quality, and did I mention that the shipping is EXTREMELY fast? (Well, I only bought some "in stock" items; you might have to wait longer for pre-orders.) But the items shipped in 2-3 days, and I would say im impressed! Definitely buying from this store again!!

Company sent me 2 hoodies instead of plush. Shop elsewhere.

They never shipped my order and it has been 8 months. I'm very disappointed. The customer service isn't saying anything that meaningful either and even leaving me without a word for days. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 only because I like the merch they sell. I wish I could get my order. Why was I forgotten/dismissed like this?

Got my clock plush, i love it soo much, it’s great!
You should trust this website, it’s cool
However when i bought the plush it made me do an ups thing that costed 42$, and the plush originally was 64$. So that made the cost 106$
I don’t know if every plush comes from us or not
But aside from all that, the website is so cool!!!

It is good but the hand fell off…….SO I FIXED IT

Have never received the merchandise, company will not reply back. Said it has been out multiple times for shipping in the last 2 months. This item was supposed to be delivered in April, it is now end of June.
