Incomplete payments and unfair conditions from Occony
I worked as a courier for Occony Design, providing transportation services for several deliveries. Despite my commitment and flexibility, I have had to repeatedly follow up to receive payments for my services.
After posting a complaint on TrustPilot, I received the following payments:
5th July 2024 - €332.75 (paid after I filed a complaint on TrustPilot).
10th July 2024 - €332.75 (paid after I filed a complaint on TrustPilot).
2nd August 2024 - €151.25 (paid on 11th September, but only after being informed that I would receive the remaining amount if I removed the complaint).
However, the payment for 18th July 2024 – €423.50 – is still outstanding. I have been told that I will only receive the rest of the money if I take down my review from TrustPilot. This seems like an unfair attempt to pressure me into removing my honest feedback in exchange for the money I rightfully earned.
In addition, I have been threatened with legal action for defamation if I do not remove the review. Despite this, I believe I have the right to share my real experience publicly and transparently. I am simply reporting the facts of the situation: one invoice remains unpaid, even though I completed the job as agreed.
I believe it would be wiser for Occony to respond to this issue here on this platform and explain their reasons transparently, rather than continuing to send me messages on WhatsApp demanding I remove the complaint. I am also beginning to calculate the damages I am facing due to these delays in receiving payment for the services I provided.

Occony has finally decided to complete all the payments for the transports I made in the summer of 2024. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
