Lindsey was extremely knowledgeable, engaging, and helpful to me. I was not eligible for any assistance through your company, but she was the most pleasant person I’ve ever spoken to. I feel she needs to be recognized and promoted. 5/29/2024 @ 4:45pm cst. Listen to our call. She is amazing.

I'm completely confused. I thought this company was here to help. Instead, my credit rating has plummeted. I've paid into this company $1054.14 and my account balance is $310.93. (They've not notified any of my card companies, nor paid anything toward them) How is this helping me? Had I used the $1054.14 towards my cards, I would at least be right where I started, which was struggling, but caught up. Credit rating was 674, now it's 510. One company that I hadn't put on this said I'm definitely no longer credit worthy, and canceled my card. That made my score drop even more. The person I had been talking to in the beginning stopped responding to me. 3 weeks later I sent an email stating I would wait until Friday (yesterday) to hear from her. Thursday, someone finally said Jenn is no longer with the company. They couldn't notify customers 3 weeks ago? I was told, by Jenn that the first month fees do take more than half, but after the first month, that would not happen. Well, that was obviously not true, as you can see from my balance.
I was also told not to take calls from my card companies. To block them. I believe this makes things worse. Why could I not just tell them what is going on?
Y'all, this is devastating. There must be a better way. I'm going to be taking calls from my card companies, and work it out directly with them.

They made it easy and no judgment against me. Helped every step along the way. Dalton is amazing!

Getting the information on how to fix one’s credit problems.

Simon was very helpful. I have been trying to find a good trustworthy person. I gave been hacked three times by companies that say they are going to help. . So looking forward to this new relationship

Good transition between experts. A little more clarity on how long the communication will take with credit card companies.

Hayden was truly a great rep for Oceans Capital Group! He was able to provide me all the necessary peace of mind I needed to move forward, and even went as far as to confirm an answer with the VP to make sure he wasn't giving me any wrong information. I'm looking forward to getting rid of all the worst credit card debt I have! Oceans CG, don't fail me now! Hayden made you shine like a diamond!

When i first took the call I wasnt even sure I could get approved for anything. My credit score unfortunately took a hit lately. I had a business and had no choice but to use the cards to make ends meet. The agent (Lindsey) held no punches, which I like. She informed me that she was going to help me find something to get out of this situation Im in. Before the call was through with, she found a program that fit all my needs. I am extremely grateful to her. I am back on track with a smaller monthly payment with a game plan. Very Grateful!

I was not feeling too well about my finances until I spoke with Joey Moscatiello. He was the best! Very knowledgeable and understanding as to my situation. I felt so much better after speaking with him and it felt like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

Also Jen has been a wonderful to talk to as well. She is very pleasant, kind and helpful! I look forward to communicating with her in the future.

Five star treatment. Five star attitude Five star knowledgeable I can’t say enough about this group helping me I speak mostly with Jenn she is so nice and lovable and helpful. Very helpful.

Good work well with my information

What made our experience good was the person, Joey M. and his honest and realistic interpretation of what he could do to help us with our current financial situation. He asked questions, looked at our current situation & offered some ideas on how we could resolve it. He was non judgemental, very professional, had a clear approach to our issues, and gave good sound advice to us & helped us to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In addition to us finding a great guy to work with, we were lucky enough to have Jennifer Cutler to help us even further. Like Joey , she was very knowledgeable & professional, yet was compassionate to our needs & helped us to understand many issues that we needed clarification on. Jennifer like Joey was available to us to help with questions & concerns we had Their positive and encouraging approach made it possible for us to see the benefit of going with this program.

Nick was very helpful and resourceful, he and Jenn both helped answer my questions and help me with my debt relief , I wish there team all the best of success and hope Nick and Jenn win the competition
