Wow! I usually like staying involved with everything I do, but this has really been an effortless experience. I applied for my remortgage with 2 weeks until my mortgage ends. Very silly, I know. However, Dave got this all turned around, and even chased the solicitors to get everything done on time. I was updated regularly and never had to chase for updates. Absolutely fantastic!

Dave was superb from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and we are very happy that he had our best interests at heart throughout the process.

Due to survey issues our requirements changed twice and the service from Ocean Village was the only part of the entire process that was hassle free throughout.

I can’t recommend OVFS enough! We both felt we could really trust Dave to look out for our best interests throughout the journey, which he did. Dave went above and beyond his Mortgage Advice role, and helped on a number of occasions to hurry the process through, chase our solicitors and liaise with the estate agents and mortgage lender on our behalf. An adviser you can trust! I followed Dave from his previous company because I was so impressed by his knowledge, expertise and speed. The whole process was painless last time, so when I found out it was time for a renewal I gave Ocean Village Financial Solutions a go. As expected, I had one quick call with Dave, and left him to work his magic. A signature later and I was all sorted. He found me excellent rates, advised me on a solution that saved me a good chuck on money each month and fit to my needs. The sort of service you would hope but rarely get in this industry. I recommend with zero reservations.

My mortgage was up for review in April this year so I got in touch with Ocean Village to arrange my remortgage. They looked into everything for me, and it worked out best for me to keep my mortgage where it was. I didn’t think I could switch rates until April, but they got it sorted for me in February, and they’ve saved me over £200 a month, and £100 cash back when it completed! It was so easy, Dave was really friendly and pretty much everything was done on the phone at a time that suited me. Thanks so much for your help, and thanks for the extra £200 a month!
