Tried to buy some towels. Waited 11 days without getting a dispatch email, sent a message to customer services and then my order was cancelled and refunded.

Wouldn’t bother again
Wouldn’t bother again - two weeks after my order I still haven’t actually got the items. They went out for delivery 10 days after order and despite my 24h concierge have been delivered elsewhere. Customer service unsympathetic.

The bedding is very nice
The bedding is very nice, I have only used it once so far but it seems to be made well and is soft enough. I got the percale bedding in grey.

Cotton seems very good
Cotton seems very good, and feels cool and soft to the skin, and a nice quality to sleep on.
Delivery was around 10 days though, which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars
