Good comms, prompt responses and well informed.

We have used Octopus regularly for businesses, community groups, and personally, and loved their customer service, so it was a surprise when they messed up. To be frank we struggled to get them to sort things out, and they got their admin in a tizz. Krissie understood, gripped the issue and solved it within 6 minutes. Ace. Faith restored.

Lovely lady who kept me waiting on the end of the line and kept checking I was still there while ordering my smart meter for our church, her knowledge and understanding were fantastic and hopefully on Monday the 10th of August we will have a smart meter fitted well done

I had a complex and confusing issue to deal with which was in no way the fault of Octopus (to do with property complications)
The lady who dealt with my call, Grace, was so patient and helpful. She helped me sort out my confusion and gave great advice. This was followed by prompt emails to further help. Brilliant customer service. Definatly five stars *****
