Love octopus as they are so easy to deal with and straightforward. Always letting you know if they can help with bonus schemes, especially with local renewable energy, which is a massive bonus not only with any reduction but it’s great they are supporting the small enterprises

Octopus is a refreshing change from the other power providers. We were with EDF previously and they were horrific, putting our prices up to 146.475p per unit in October 2025. My experience with Octopus has been wonderful by comparison; my only complaint is that I wish they would fix my smart meter. I have asked numerous times ! This said, in the grand scheme of things, this isn't a huge problem and they are head and shoulders above the competition.

I’m so happy to be with Octopus Energy after years of frustration with my previous supplier it’s just wonderful to have a supplier that I can speak to and get things sorted. I only wish that I had done it sooner.

Octopus Energy make everything really easy for the business electricity account, from submitting the meter readings to understanding their invoices. I wish that all the utility companies made this monthly task as easy, and were as transparent as I feel octopus are

From start to finish moving from my old energy supplier to Octopus was made so easy thanks to Sharon the customer care agent that dealt with the process for me, their customer service is exceptional and plans/pricing and standing charges are explained on a human level so you know exactly what all the costs are for. They send a monthly email to say how much my energy costs for the month is and when it will be taken using the direct debit that was set up. Excellent company to be with and nobody should hesitate to change to having Octopus as their supplier for domestic and for business.
