I have been very satisfied with the mixed box. I am on my 4th box and the produce has always fresh and a nice variety. I find that I am eating better and learning to meal plan with new veggies and fruit that I normally didn't buy.

The website could be a little more user friendly though.

I’ve been using oddbunch for the past year and have been loving it so far. The produce that arrives is always fresh with minimal damage. The small box is able to feed my family of four which is incredible and the delivery is always quick and done with so much care.

What an amazing way to use all this good food. I was pleasantly surprised by how ripe and full my produce was. Having this delivered for nearly half the cost of grocery shopping saves me time and money! Thank you 😊

One star is too many. I have received low quality wilted produce (yellow greens and rotten watermelon) for two weeks, cancelled the service and have receipts to show… yet received another box of mediocre product and contacting the company is near to impossible. No phone, just online support, submitted request to explain what’s happening and it won’t process, verified email and all. I am beyond frustrated with impersonal approach, lack of quality and transparency.

It is an easy website to use. I like that I am able to swap things in and out before expecting my order.

We are really enjoying our boxes of fruit and vegetables along with fresh herbs.
We like the variety and also the exchange process. I have a grapefruit allergy so request other items.
The flexibility of being able to skip a week is great if we haven't been able to get through our current box.

We have received our second OddBunch small box plus and the quality is pretty good for everything. All the vegetables were fresh and the fruit was ripe.
The website could be more user friendly and maybe they will develop an actual app which would make it easier to navigate

I’ve been using Odd Bunch for a while now — apparently I’m a “Sprout” today — and it’s become a really useful habit. The boxes can be a bit hit‑and‑miss, but that’s the nature of rescued produce. When something’s off, their customer service has fixed it quickly.

I usually get the Small box, and occasionally switch to the Small Plus when the week’s items look good — though it’s not a one‑click toggle; you do have to manually switch back afterward. I also swap out an item in almost every box to suit my taste and diet goals, and the substitution system — while not the most sophisticated UI — works well. No unused grapefruit or cabbage for me.

I also skip weeks when I have an overflow of produce or when the upcoming box doesn’t fit what I need. That part is very easy to toggle, and the flexibility has been really useful. Some weeks are better than others, and I always check the lineup to make sure it fits what I’ll actually use.

For me, the real value isn’t the savings (though there are some, and that’s nice), and it’s not even the rescued‑food angle. It’s having a steady supply of fruits and vegetables in the house, including things I wouldn’t normally think to buy. It’s made it easier to add variety and nutrients to my meals and snacks, and it’s been great for my overall routine.

This has made my grocery trips less frequent for a busy house of kids always looking for a snack and it's saving me money!
