These people are nothing but conmen
These people are nothing but conmen. They charge a goodly price and then deliver nothing even closely related to what it is meant to be. They further compound the problem by not giving an immediate or even timely refund. They have every single step of the way: they suggested the good were as they were supposed to be; they haggled over the amount to be refunded when given proof of terrible quality; and, now, are being difficult about when the miserable refund will be paid.
Not a group you want to do business with.
