Great product. Quick to process and dispatch orders.

Great trousers, great shade (of black) and a perfect fit. Not as baggy as I’d thought, but a great cut all the same. Nice and light linen, perfect for summer. I like these so much I ordered another pair in khaki.

ordered 2 pairs of shorts. Medium and Large. They took a month to arrive. Neither fit. Large is only 1inch bigger than medium. They won't let me return them. They say I ordered the wrong size and want me to pay £14.50 for a replacement. Wish I had read the warnings not to touch this site before I ordered. Good reviews seem to be generic. Look like I am stuck with shorts not fit for purpose.

I ordered a linen product and received polyester instead — not even close to what was advertised. When I contacted them about it, instead of taking responsibility, they asked ME to pay for return shipping on THEIR error. Completely unacceptable customer service.

If a company can’t even get the basic fabric right, and then tries to make the customer foot the bill for their mistake, that tells you everything about how they operate. Cheap materials, cheap policies, and zero accountability.

Save yourself the hassle — there are far better options out there that actually deliver what they promise. Would not recommend and will not be ordering again.
