Worked fine at first, but now the downloads are slow or not even possible. I can't stand it when companies "hide" the "cancel your account" section. I had to ask Google. Just be transparent people.

Not reliable (lifetime plan)
I'm searching for an alternative: since about 3 weeks it's impossible to download and they even didn't answer to my tickets since the 2 weeks.
It's great when working, but when not you should wait like about 1-2 weeks until they will fix it, it's not reliable. I has this kind of situation every months in this year.
I have a lifetime subscription, maybe that's why they forgot me and put my service on a weak server or something similar to it. Someone already submitted a negative feedback here with a lifetime subscription as me.

Incredible speed!!!
Initial, I was using a different service for downloading files. But now I was not satisfied with the service. Then after surfing the net, I got to know about Offcloud the speed of downloading files is constant. It doesn't fluctuate even though you can transfer data to the cloud.
