My relationship with this website was just fine until this morning when I completed a survey and decided to request a withdraw only to have my account suspended, pending verification, and now I don't know what to do since as of today henceforth am no longer a member of the website. And after contacting support as I was advised to do in order to verify my account. I received a permanent ban on my account with no detailed reasons provided as to why this happened! And according to the admin further communication on my end will be met with silence only.
And my main problem with this is that after having been so careful not to do anything that goes against the website's terms and conditions and wasting so much of my time completing offers and tasks I've been frustrated in the end and given very little information to go on except the words 'failing security checks'.
It would have been better if I'd at least received a warning and given some direction on how I should conduct myself moving forward but given the paranoia-borne strictness of the website that seems very unlikely and nothing of the sort will be forthcoming.
