i have bought windows10 download twice but recieved nothing .cant get a reply when i email them .they are robbers please post this so other english people can see this please avoid them pat fleming

The activation code didn't work. Over the chat bot they eventually said I'd get a new one. It's never arrived and now I get no reply when querying. I was just robbed and it's a lot of effort getting my bank involved. Just use someone else.

I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED A LICENCE KEY 4 MONTHS ON ABSOLUTE SCAM

Took 3 days to arrive by email, no instructions or link that works. No reply from company either by email / live chat, atrocious really. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

I purchaseed an activation key for windows 11 pro, the order was confirmed by email but i never received the activation key. I contacted them by email and have not had a reply, I tried their 24 hr agent and Rebecca assured me assured me she would contact me when she managed to get hold of her management but I have not heard back, I have been charged and the money has left my bank account. Do not use this online company.

Cannot fault the online live customer service chat: Rebecca explained they had a backlog of orders to send out (due to being inundated with alot of website traffic), hence the little delay following my emailed receipt before I received the links to download my purchase.. Rebecca stayed with me in the online chat until my order arrived. Ordered MS Office 2019 Pro plus. The whole experience was BRILLIANT! Definitely my one stop for Microsoft packages.

Tried many times to input the software but it fails every time

At first I was worried to continue but after looking at the review from Trustpilot I continued with my Microsoft Office 2021 for Windows PC 1 User. Rebecca was very helpful and helped me download the software step by step until it was all set.

Rebecca was amazing helpful through all the journey to install the software. We had some issues but Rebecca was there all the time and managed to solve the issue.

I bought a package from them and had a problem with the download I’m not that technical on computers so they done the download for me including all the updates this is a 5star service I’ve used companies before for things regarding computer and all they give you is the information great if your technically minded so I would strongly recommend anyone to use this company

I got the product I ordered, but had to receive 3 extra codes through the live chat before they would work because the codes I received had already been used

It was so easy to download. Part of office was on my laptop so all it did was add the other parts of the app. The code worked straight away when added.

Great price and emails with the code all arrived quickly. The code didn’t work but the WhatsApp support was great. Instant reply and sorted the issue within a couple of minutes. Great service and when things go wrong it’s how a company resolves it. Excellent!
