Official Hoverboard Reviews

Bought the hoover board for my8 year old son, he loves it, we take it every where. The hoover board its self is great, battery life could be better, but the kart is not robust at all and I have had to contact hoover board about this a couple of times (they have been helpful).

Absolutely brilliant! My daughter loves her rose gold hoverboard. The full charge seems to last forever which is amazing and the Bluetooth quality is very good. I even contacted customer service upon delivery because the box and instructions both said different minimum weights for rider (different from each other) and different from the site so I wanted to check it was definitely the right one for a 6 year old. They were very quick to respond and asked for a picture of the board which I sent and they confirmed it would be fine for her which made me feel a bit better letting her loose on it for the first time. I would highly recommend Official Hoverboard.

Very quick on delivery product is what was expected of my sons going to live this would highly recommend

Bought the pink galaxy 6.5” with kart as a Christmas present and the quality is fantastic, and a lot heavier than i thought it would be, was delivered the next day too would 100% recommend

So many good reviews.

Christmas present for my Grandson so as yet unopened! However, customer service have been exceptional, answering my queries promptly and helpfully.

Hover board looks awesome (it’s a Christmas present so not been used yet)

Really good customer service and after sales

I ordered a hoverboard bundle from Official Hoverboard. Great price and super quick dispatch. I would recommend and would use again.

very fast delivery, website was easy to use
we chose the pink camouflage design which is stunning! we got the seat to go with it as well which was easy to put together. bought for daughters 10th birthday in december, so hoping it will be a big hit

easy enough to use and charge. Have 3 kids 5,9 and 11 and they all use with ease. Highly recommend the kart with it as it gives you more options for use.

My order was sorted and sent out so quickly, everything was perfect! Paint work everything would definitely recommend!

Ordered at 5pm and it arrived at 4pm the following day. Quick turn around and great prices!

Hoverboard is really powerful and fast. The kids (and small adults) have a great time on it. The Velcro straps that attach the go kart to the hoverboard perish easily and we ended up having a nasty accident when one snapped so check them regularly. We have also lost 2 nuts from the bolts holding the lever on the kart together to control the speed and direction when the kids were on it which was also really dangerous and we need to replace somehow. Do not ever go on it without a helmet!!!

The hoverboard is excellent and the service provided by the company was excellent too. The price was competitive & the delivery was on schedule.
The hoverboard has been used a lot & is still in good condition. The battery lasts well & charges quickly.

Brought 3 hoverboards and karts from this company and they are amazing!!!!! All my children love them ages 5,6 and 10

Bought item for my daughter she loves it and fast delivery would deal again

Bought 3 Hoverboards over the past 2 years, I had an issue with 1 of the hoverboards where a set of LEDs stopped working after a few weeks. I contacted costumer services and they were very helpful and took details for the hoverboard to be repaired.
