The customer service I received from Amy at London Theatre was brilliant. She was quick to respond and helped me exchange tickets for a different date due to a family illness. Thank you Amy ☺️

I had accidentally deleted my e-tickets and I emailed the London theatre. Within 20 minutes Danielle had resolved the issue. Thank you, amazing customer services.

Absolutely brilliant service,
We had booked three shows this summer via kids week, one with a group of friends (Hercules) much better than expected all had a great time.
Then six for my youngest to go with her dad, and devil wears prada for myself and eldest.
My eldest has had an unfortunate accident and we have managed to get our show pushed back a week to let her get used to crutches before we head back to London. We really appreciate having this sorted and she is over the moon to hopefully feel better with a week extra to heal.
Super fast friendly communication made it even simpler to sort.
Amy in customer service was extremely helpful.
Will book again and again with official London theatre.

After I left a voicemail, she emailed me quickly and contacted the theatre directly to help upgrade our tickets for The Lion King on the same day of the show. When the initial upgrade option wasn’t available, she followed up again with the theatre and kept me updated by email. Thanks to her fast responses and persistence, everything was sorted within a few hours.

Amy from customer service was amazing! I had to re-schedule the tickets for the “Zog” show as the weather was announced to be 36 degrees. She was very helpful and fast to sort out my issue.

Official London Theatre made it easy for me to exchange my tickets as I need to change the date, 24hrs before the show. the process was smooth and the team responded fast. I did purchase the ticket refund insurance however it is quite restrictive on the reasons as to why you can refund otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

I planned a trip for my daughter and me, overnight to see 2 shows. By chance I checked the tickets to see which theatre we were at. Realised I had booked both shows for the same day/time.
Amy was incredibly helpful and sorted me out with a refund. This was entirely my error so I am so grateful.
