I placed my very first order whilst night feeding. One of the many items I added to my order was out or stock and Emma messaged my right away that day to offer me a choice of two alternatives.
Both were gorgeous so I let her know that either would be fine and she so very kindly included both!
I’ve already got a full basket of new items waiting to check out! Such gorgeous clothes and fab customer service that it so hard to revisit

5* for everything. From ordering to delivery, clothes quality and customer service. They even put 2 little notes in the presents and wrapped them separately in the one box. I could not fault this wonderful family company in any way. I’m so glad I found you Oh Dorothy! I will be back!

Fantastic all round service.
Purchased a pair of Docs which were a great price. Unfortunately, they were too small. Returned easily and with no return postage costs. Very efficient and courteous service all around. Would definitely recommend and use again.
