Would not order from this company again. Nothing wrong with item ordered just didn’t suit, the problem is returning the item!! Returns are an absolute pain, returned via Royal Mail and cost £9 to return. Do not order unless you are sure you’re keeping the item!

The concept of the dress is beautiful but the quality is very poor compared to the photos on the site. Unfortunately, the dress was far too expensive for the poor thin santin-quality.

Quality isn’t great. £90 dress looks more like £30
Returns … they only give you 14 days for return, and they reserve 10 days to process the return in the warehouse. They also reserve the right to deduct money if you haven’t fastened zips and buttons on the garments which I never came across before. Not very customer friendly

Fantastic service , bought 2 prom dresses both fab quality , sent one back over size and very easy process , will keep ordering confidently from yee .

I really like this company. Really fast delivery and I was able to return one of my purchases extremely easily. Would recommend and would purchase from them again.

Flippin horrible site. I have now waited 3 weeks for a dress, and it has not arrived yet. but my mail says, that it is delivered, which is a lie. You can also not track the package on any trackdevice, which is dumb. that was 50 dollars out of the window....thanks for nothing. and btw, it was for prom, so now i need to go to prom in jeans and a hoodie.

Check your items when they arrive
I received 2 beautiful dresses very promptly after having ordered them. I tried them on immediately and one wouldn’t fit and the other wasn’t nice on me. So I applied for a return, was approved and brought them to the post office within a couple of hours of receiving them and sent them back.

Roll on 3 weeks later when I receive a package from Oh Hello which I didn’t order. It was only of the dresses back to me with an insert saying it had been received back “”soiled” and seemed to have tan or makeup on it. I checked back through emails and saw that is an email from them saying the same.

I don’t wear Tan. I wish I could but I’m actually allergic. I also wasn’t wearing makeup that day.

I didn’t visually inspect the inside of the dresses myself - and I really wish I had as I know I didn’t dirty this dress.

I’m very annoyed as company made no apologies - just said look at my it T&C. Which is fine if I’d dirtied the dress. I didn’t.

I posted the dress back to them and am now out of pocket approx €179.95.

Please check any item you receive from this website before accepting it - especially the internal linings.

Literally awful. Would never ever order from here again. Picture on their website are extremely deceiving!
