I purchased the SAFR EUP Mega Pack V2 (firefighter) using the correct product link. My cart and screenshots confirm this. Instead, after checkout, my account was assigned the LSPD V3 pack, which I never needed or wanted since my PD assets were already finished months earlier.
When I raised the issue, I was met with weeks of silence. My ticket sat from September 12th to September 27th before the owner even replied. Other staff either didn’t answer or told me they had to wait for the owner. I provided screenshots, proof of purchase, server files, and even offered access to my system to prove I never used the PD files.
They tried to claim that because the pack was downloaded, the matter was closed. The truth is, this purchase was for my friend who handles the FD roleplay in our server, and I had no idea it was even the wrong product until we later looked inside the files. Their site gives no confirmation email or clear verification of what you actually bought, so there was no way to know at checkout. By the time we realized it was PD instead of FD, I immediately deleted it and even showed them proof, offering full access to verify nothing was being used.
To make matters worse, when I posted a review about this experience, they deleted it and banned me from their server, leaving me with no access to anything, not even the wrong product I was stuck with. So not only did they refuse to correct the purchase, they silenced me and locked me out completely.
This is the definition of a scam. I paid for one product, was given another, was denied service, and then was cut off entirely. Meanwhile, reputable sellers like JA have provided excellent, transparent service without issues.
