This company is a joke.
I contact support for opening a TCP port, and was passed around some 5 people, then I was on hold for some 20 hours. Yes, 20. The next morning they finally respond, and as I was driving, I asked them to hold on a few minutes. The support was cut off right there and ask me to contact them again later.
If the company can save $1 by wasting 20 of your hours, its a no-brainer "yes" from them. Just go for smaller companies instead.
