Amazing customer service and jewellery
I ordered a necklace which unfortunately got lost in the Christmas post.
Oia had chased royal mail and contacted me before I even checked why my order hadn't arrived. I was so impressed with their customer service.
Although the necklace I had originally ordered was out of stock they sent me 2 pieces of jewellery of my choice to apologise for the delivery error.
The jewellery arrived and it is beautiful....now I just have to decide which piece to give as a present and which to keep for myself!!

I loved the ring I ordered
I loved the ring I ordered. I will definitely buy more jewellery from the brand and will recommend to others. I don't know how waterproof the ring is because it's kind of heavy so I can't wear it every day as I wanted to do.

Contacted the company, two days later I’ve received replacement together with small gift. Overall the service was amazing. I am impressed!

Apart from the design, I really like how they organize the items based on the four elements, which is pretty useful for buying a gift.

Stunning pieces and incredible quality
Absolutely stunning jewellery and incredible quality. No tarnish, totally waterproof - I always forget to take off my jewellery when I have a quick shower or at the gym so glad now I don't have to worry about it at all. I get so many compliments when I wear it, just love it! Parcel arrived quickly too and I will be making another order soon. Can't wait!
