Stay away from this scam company. Had an issue twice. First i passed my subscription they still sent the perfume and charge my card. Then i cancelled my subscription completely. They are still trying to charge my card regularly.

Absolutely obsessed with this perfume shop! I came all the way from Canada and I’m honestly so happy I found this place. The quality of the perfumes is fantastic, and the scents last SO long. You can genuinely tell the products are made with quality in mind.

I’ve already found some new favourites and I know I’ll be getting all my fragrances from here from now on.
If you’re looking for beautiful, long lasting perfumes, I highly recommend this shop. 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

I first came across Ouds & Oils at a conference at the O2 about a year ago. Their stall immediately caught my attention because the packaging was absolutely gorgeous. The service was friendly, although I did find the interaction slightly intimidating for reasons I couldn’t quite put my finger on.

I bought the miniature box as a gift, only to realise afterwards the back actually says 'sample pack' on the box. Just something to be aware of if you’re buying it as a gift - most people probably wouldn’t want to give someone a present with 'sample' written on the packaging, as it can make it look cheap or like a free promotional item!

That said, the scents themselves were wow! I regularly buy oud and oil based fragrances, so I’m familiar with the consistency of genuine oud oils. The samples I purchased in person were thick, potent and clearly oil based. Every scent in the pack was lovely, and I genuinely came away impressed.

Fast forward a year and I decided to purchase two 23 ml full size bottles online: Purple Drip, their bestseller, and Aqua Saga. Unfortunately, just another scam!

These 23 ml bottles are advertised as the larger versions of the oil based samples, but what I received was a spray bottle containing an extremely thin, watery liquid. As someone who regularly uses pure oud oils, this did not resemble the consistency or application of a pure oil at all. It was essentially coloured liquid with a spray dispenser. Pure oud oil is traditionally applied directly to the skin using a dabber, glass wand/stick applicator, NOT spray.

To make matters worse, one of the bottles actually had a hair inside it. That is a serious hygiene and quality control issue and completely unacceptable for a fragrance product.

I’m particularly disappointed because I was genuinely prepared to pay the price. At £55 for 23ml, I already considered it very expensive, but the beautiful presentation does make it a nice luxury gift. Unfortunately, just another scam company!

I’m currently going through the refund process through my bank because I could get hold of the king quicker than Ouds & Oils . I’m extremely disappointed because I actually wanted to like this company and was willing to become a repeat customer!

Amazing service! Fast delivery even to another country, quick responses to my email, and the perfumes are absolutely gorgeous. I’m really happy with my order and will definitely buy again.

Contacted customer service via WhatsApp and had no response. Brought the 23ml of one hubby and found the smell to be muted down compared to the 20ml bottle that I previously had. Which I queried and got no response.
It’s a great fragrance oil but a shame it’s not as strong anymore.

Honestly a waste of money. The fragrances all smelled very similar and nothing stood out, yet everything was priced like luxury. Customer service felt rushed and impersonal. I won’t be coming back.

Still awaiting my return label, being ignored by company. Sent a scratched and old looking bottle to me which I want to return. No communication when trying to return.

I am so disappointed in this company. The website promotion indicates that one of the features of their scents is their lasting quality. I'm afraid this is simply not the case. The scent lasts a very short time, minutes in fact, on the skin. It is beautiful but it disappears almost as soon as used. The promotion led me to believe that would not happen. I am sorry to have bought this and certainly would not buy again. Very sad.
