I was recommended OJ therapy by a friend and I must say I was deeply satisfied with both the ease of booking at late notice as it’s not easy to come by. I have been working out a lot and as a result of this I had muscle soreness. Being a therapist myself it’s important to have treatments also. I could feel my tight muscles loosening up during the massage and after your massage my range of motion increased drastically. Hands down the best masseuse I’ve had. Ophelie was very helpful when it came to my recovery after I injured my back. She sent me a plan to go by and borrowed me equipment while this was happening, she checked on me daily to see how it was going and because the plan was so good I was back in quicker than expected.

Great experience made me feel calm and relaxed while she did the massage. The exercises at the end where a good bonus!

Ophelie helped with my daughters back issue. Ophelie was very professional doing a full consultation before treatment started. My daughter is a dancer and had a show week coming up.
