Ordered my item over a month ago and it has still not shipped. Contacted customer service who stated it is preparing to ship in another 2 weeks. Requesting cancellation and refund. Still waiting to hear back.

I absolutely love these! Theu're so comfortable and flattering. I can easily wear them with them with a tank or tee and sandals or flats. The pockets are a huge plus, and the length is just right for me. Definitely a great everyday outfit!

The items that they are advertising are unlikely in stock they take your money. Tell you it’s going to be shipped within 5 to 15 days and then five weeks later there’s still no new available information. You have to contact them to see what’s going on and that’s when they tell you that they don’t know be back in stock so do you want to choose another item now I wanna refund will give you 20% off if you wait for your original item no I don’t want to purchase a second item. I just want my refund for the one that has not yet shown up. Oh if you want to keep the item that you have and wait for it or choose a new item will give you 50% off a second item like almost 2 The charge of my account is a current interest. Meanwhile, they’re avoiding my request and stringing me along. China should not even be selling to us if we’re so in debt like they say why are. Bait and Switch. The items advertised were stylish and appealing, which is why I placed my order. However, after waiting nearly a month without receiving any updates, I contacted customer service to check on the status of my order. I was then informed that the items I purchased were never actually available and had not even been manufactured. The company could not provide an estimated timeline for when, or if, the items would become available.

Instead of fulfilling my order, I was offered the option to exchange it for other items that were in stock. After requesting a full refund three separate times, my refund was finally processed. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing due to the lack of inventory transparency and the difficulty in obtaining a refund.

They offer a "Worry Free" shopping experience that is far from it. If you need to return a 9 oz cotton dress, as I did, you have to pay $30 to mail it back to China. I also found their sizing chart to be inaccurate.

I ordered a dress on July 9, and it never shipped. I reached out to customer service after a couple of weeks with no response at all whatsoever. Finally, on the 29th, their site shows that the item shipped. I have not received the item yet, but the lack of communication, customer service, and wait time have been so long that I'm rating them a two.
