Order nbr OM11206, please do not fall into the trap of buying from these scammers! This is a genuine review with a genuine order number. This company lies about pretty much everything, when they ship something it comes from China, the product is very poor, polyester not as advertised, they shipped the wrong product as well, then asked me to ship it back at my own cost to China for a refund. Avoid and speak to your bank for a refund, raise a dispute as a scam because these guys are scammers! Avoid!

Ordered a pair of shoes that never arrived. They kept telling me they were "escalating" the order, but after a month they admitted that they cannot get the shoes and offered me a discount on a different product, but wouldn't refund my money. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Do not order from these folks.

Very cheap poorly made goods from China. They use AI to generate modals wearing elegant looking clothing. Takes over a month to receive and requires returns to be sent back to China. Avoid at all costs.

First of all, there's only 1 star and 5 star reviews.
5 star reviews are written with ChatGPT by the company. Check How They Capitalize Every Word In The Review Title, this is because chatGPT generated the text which they copy and paste, just like their email responses. So take 5 stars reviews with a grain of salt. True ones are 1 star reviews, read those to get a feel of what you're getting yourself into.

I ordered with them in the middle of June and still haven't received the package. It's still in transit and I suppose it will take another two weeks to get my package. They ship from CJDropshipping which is a Chinese drop shipping website. The product I bought on their website is 52eur and It costs 19usd on the CJ website.

I bought it because they promote themselves as UK based and thought I would get a fast delivery but their processing and shipping time on the website is made to deceive. They know that CJ takes 1-5 days to process after they make the payment to them, and then it takes 10+ days for the shipping. In my experience this always translates to almost 3 weeks if you're lucky.

They were not honest with their processing and delivery times and they apparently use chatgpt to write 5 star responses

UPDATE 15/7 package finally arrived after almost a month in delivery. The quality is complete garbage. There is no sense in style to their clothing. The clothes smelled of petroleum.

I contacted them for a refund and they said no problem, send it to this address on your own dime: CHINA. Delivery costs to China from a country in EU is around 70 eur, and I paid 45eur for their garbage. They do not have a local addressing have nothing to do with London. Everything is in china. So long story short, I lost my money and I wouldn't give these petroleum soaked clothes to my worst enemy.

How can a company I this day and age get away without a criminal sentence is beyond me. They exploit their clients with loopholes and deception

EVERY SINGLE POST OVER 1-STAR IS FAKE. This is nothing but a scam, Chinese based company selling inferior products pretending to be a high-end UK based UK Clothing Brand. Avoid at all costs you will only prove me right if you buy anything from this shambles of a company.

I ordered from oldmoney (Order OM11049) and was very disappointed with what I received. The item was made of very low-quality fabric – mostly synthetic – and almost see-through. The finishing was terrible and looked nothing like what you’d expect for the price they charge. Honestly, the product felt cheap and poorly made, definitely not worth the money.

If you’re thinking about giving this site a try, I strongly advise against it. Sometimes we’re tempted to test new websites for a small item, but this one is simply not worth the risk. Don’t waste your money – there are far better alternatives out there.

Review: I ordered from oldmoneylondon.com, but what I received was completely different from the pictures shown on the website. The fabric looks cheap, the pocket shape and position are wrong, and the product arrived extremely wrinkled. It took over three weeks to arrive, and by then it was clear this was a low-quality item that doesn't match the description at all.
This feels like a scam. The website gives no clear return policy, and contacting them has been pointless. Judging by the packaging and long shipping time, the item was shipped from China even though the site tries to appear as a UK-based fashion brand.
Please be careful and avoid ordering from this site. I’m posting this so that others don’t fall into the same trap.

clothes look nothing like they do on the website. shipped straight from china and over a monthe to receive. size medium is like a kids size, an 8 year old kid. the strings and threads are all frayed and quality is very bad. they want me to post back to china for a refund

I ordered clothes that looked great on their website, but what I received was completely different: cheap, thin fabric, poor stitching, no legal labels (origin, composition), and everything arrived wrinkled in a single plastic bag. Part of my order (the shoes) never arrived at all.

When I contacted customer service, they offered a ridiculous 10% refund or asked me to return the items to China at my own expense—shipping costs are higher than the value of the order. This is unacceptable and clearly a way to discourage returns.

Avoid this site at all costs.

I ordered several items from this online clothing store and was very disappointed. The products I received were incorrect and of very poor quality—completely different from what was shown on the website. It was so bad that I had to return almost everything, which cost me more than half of what I originally paid for the order. Extremely frustrating and a waste of both money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this store to prevent the same problems I experienced!

Just Chinese garbage not good quality I feel I got scammed🤨🤨🤨

I wish I had checked reviews before ordering, but as the marketing is all slick and professional I didn't feel the need to. However, as everyone else is saying, this company is a SCAM. I ordered what I thought would be some nice new outfits a week in advance of a holiday. They finally arrived several weeks after I'd been and come back from the holiday, having been shipped from a factory in China. The quality is the worst I have ever seen, cheap plastic like fabrics, awfully assembled with visible stitching that is falling apart. The website is outright fraudulent as they are not made from linen as was advertised and only slightly resemble the items in the website photographs (which will probably have been actual quality items that they are badly and cheaply replicating).

As with everyone else I receive repeated bot like responses from customer services advising me to ship back to China, which I will not to as others have paid out even further to do so and still receive no refund. Besides any half decent company shipping out faulty products that can't/shouldn't be resold anyway, would never insist on the customer bearing the cost to return them.

Half of the order still hasn't been processed or shipped so I keep demanding that element (worth £80) is at least refunded and they just ignore that point or in the most recent email just refuse to cancel and refund it.

I have raised a dispute with my credit card and hopefully the charges will be reversed.

Waited the order 3 weeks. When finally got it I was shocked how bad quality are those clothes. Save your money and dont order from here anything!!

I normally don’t write reviews — I often see them as a waste of time — but in this case, I’m making an exception because this website is genuinely misleading people.

They present themselves as a UK-based store, and because I’m familiar with UK consumer laws, I felt safe ordering from them. But after waiting nearly three weeks for my items, I realized everything ships directly from China.

At first, I thought the delay was the only issue — until the package arrived. I had ordered 1 coat, 2 pairs of trousers, 2 shirts, and a pair of shoes. All of these were squeezed into one small plastic bag and shipped with no care at all.

When I opened the package, I was shocked. The quality was unbelievably poor — nothing like the photos on their website. Honestly, you wouldn’t even use these items as cleaning rags.

The second shock came when I tried the clothes on. I ordered everything in XL, but what I received was closer to a UK size Small. The tags say XL, but the fit is ridiculous.

And then comes the third shock: trying to return the items.
First, they offered me a 5% refund to not return them — which is a joke, considering I can’t wear any of it. When I declined, they gave me a Chinese return address and said I had to pay for international shipping myself — which costs more than the original order.

One last thing I want to mention:
Most of the 1-star reviews here are 100% accurate. The majority of 5-star reviews look fake or paid for — no real customer would be satisfied with this experience.

Avoid this seller. They're dishonest, and the entire operation feels like a scam.

Terrible customer service! Do not order stuff at this webshop.
They send the product, it never reached my home, however there was a correct address mentioned at the order, and the delivery company send it back. And I need to pay extra money to send it again while I want and are allowed to claim a refund under EU policy. And from their customer service you only get AI/Chat GPT generated answers with no customer focus. Waste of money this webshop
