My complaints are minor
My complaints are minor, 1) when something is out of stock it takes forever for it to be restocked and
2) when I placed my order I did not receive a confirmation of that order and had to wait for it to ship before I got any notices.
Otherwise the product is great and I have bought a few for Christmas presents for my friends

Antwoord van Old World Christmas
Hello Debra-
We are constantly getting containers in from our factory with product, but not all items are produced at all times. We carry different items at different warehouses. As for notification, we sent out an email following the conclusion of payment that included your order number, 829688, and also let you know that once the item shipped, you would receive an email with the tracking number.
At times, emails will end up in the spam/junk folders.
Thank you,
OWC

The two ornaments I have ordered are just what I was hoping they would be. The first one I gave last Christmas to my son and his wife. It was the passport ornament since they travel a lot. This year I am giving my daughter in law the cat lady ornament since they now own 7 cats. I enjoy looking at the ornaments and hope to purchase more.

My cousin had been looking for a specific ornament for a long time and although I couldn't find one from the 1950s you had it! She absolutely adored the Hermie ornament and the rubber chicken ornament. And I liked it so much. I bought one for myself
