Old World Christmas Reviews

Ordering from the website is easy. Ornaments arrive well packed for transport. We love the Old World ornament boxes - great when we give as gifts and perfect for storing year after year.

I took advantage of a sale and got some of the most beautiful ornaments for my collection and gifts. Items were well packaged and arrived quickly.

Gift for my sister-n-law. She loved it. The colors and design was exceptionally good

I enjoy viewing emails showcasing your beautiful and fun ornaments. Seeing all four sides is helpful in deciding what the entire ornament looks like. You always have new designs to see. I'm not crazy about the commercialized product ornament themes and would like to see more traditional designs.

I was reading your '3 star and under' reviews hoping that others are noticing issues that I've had. I see customers are having big problems with your choice of USPS for standard shipping. By now I hope you are looking at UPS for more reliable delivery. (As most companies use nowadays). I also see that I'm not alone in being upset by unfriendly & condescending customer service. (Very frustrating)! Your prices have shot up dramatically & your new ornaments are shrinking in size. (Quite shocking cost saving measures that impact the quality experience for your customers). You WERE a great company! This is just so sad to see, especially when I want to root for you guys and the great products you once made. Please consider how all these things impact all of us, your customers.

A good purchase experience all around.

I have ordered many ornaments from you and all came packaged extremely well and were worth the money, thank you!

Love the ornaments giving them for present adds

Beautiful ornaments! Shipping seems to take a long time.

The ornament was a cute idea but seemed kind of cheap made out of plastic. I was expecting glass. I should have read the description more closely

Easy to purchase. Beautiful products! Very quick delivery.

Beautiful ornaments. Shipped quickly and carefully. Always arrive safely.

The order was promptly filled, fulfilled and sent within time stated. Notification of updates were accurate. Items were packaged and received intact. Positive messaging was a plus! The items are beautiful.

Beautiful product fair price packaged well (shipped safely)
After 40 years I finally found the perfect tree topper!

I have bought many ornaments for my coastal Christmas tree from Old World Christmas and am always pleased. Live in Coastal SC so this gater is a perfect addition for my tree.

I could not get to the product page for the 250th USA birthday ornament. I wanted to be notified when this ornament is back in stock?

Was just perusing didn’t really think I d find anything.
Boy was I wrong! My daughter’s wedding was a Scottish ceremony, when I saw the Santa in a kilt it was in the cart. Love you to the moon and back for my new grandson, good friend moved to NC after her mother passed and moved to NC. The NC ornament has a cardinal on it, her mom’s favorite bird, another perfect find. I believe I ordered 8 or 9 ornaments. Will definitely keep checking back to see if something else is perfect for a loved one.

Quality product. Good packaging and timely shipping.

Product received was excellent. Beautiful red color.

Easy online shopping. Though the prices are a bit high, was glad to get an ornament on sale. Fast delivery.
