Super helpful!
Since my company introduced Oliva, I've used all its services, from individual therapy to group classes. It has helped me very much and is doing a lot to fight the stigma around mental health.

I've used Olivas 1:1 therapy/coaching service and I'm very happy with it. Also they have a lot of on demand content and group sessions to help improve my well-being.

Oliva are a wonderful company to work for. They really put their clients first by offering a choice of therapist, modality and session frequency. As a therapist I feel very supported by the care team and receive up to date training and regular supervision. The flexible working environment also suits me as it means I can complete further study alongside my work. Would highly recommend to fellow therapists and clients.

A perk that is needed in all workplaces!! Therapists are incredibly helpful and the sign up process of assigning a professional to yourself is so easy. I particularly like the sessions that are tailored for managers.

I really struggled to find the right therapist when we used Spill, but with Oliva my second match ended up being my therapist for a year. They’re such a classy org and I’m endlessly grateful for the help I found with them.
