You will out a questionnaire and can state any preferences when it comes to being paired with a therapist. They enable you to re-match if you would like to as well which is really valuable.

Really disappointed. Was in hospital and let them know before hand and still charged me £75. Requested a refund and heard nothing. Really upsetting and so so poor considering I was in hospital.

I think everyone should have therapy at least once a month and this is a good way to have it without leaving home.

Oliva makes it really easy to access therapy. I like that I can do sessions remotely because it's much easier to fit in around everything else, and my therapist is great!

Being able to have this tool from the comfort of my home is great. They show you several profiles of therapists that could fit your needs and from there you simply have to schedule the session and... that's it! Start your path to improve your mental health, which is super necessary nowadays.

The fact of it being online I thought it was going to be bad and cold. But it was actually very nice and my psychologist is very professional!

My therapist, Galina is great at asking the right questions to get me thinking, and giving me tools to use in my day to day life that help me during stressful situations! It's easy to book appointments, make notes and I like the check-in questionnaire on the website.

My experience with Oliva has been super, their services are great, their platform/UI design is gorgeous. I'm grateful for my employer providing Oliva as a work benefit. They constantly keep improving their tool, they are open to product feedback and features too.
