This is well overdue! We are absolutely over the moon with our Olive and Barr kitchen. James, our designer, did a great job brainstorming with us so we could get the most out of our space and was present throughout, going above and beyond to guide us through the process, providing guidance, creative solutions and reassurance along the way . Jane, head of operations, and her team were great. They kept us in the loop and felt like real partners - a special shout out to Leah, who helped with advice when our oven wasn't going to arrive on time, helping to confirm that we were able to switch out to another brand and it would be ok.  Along the way every member of team really felt like true partners: for example, while on site we hit a construction snag, which meant that some shelves and dimensions need to be reworked and Jack the carpenter was able to pivot on the spot, and come up with an amazing solution where you could never tell it was supposed to be any different. Also, the after care has been fantastic: After a couple of months, the drawers needed adjusting and we had to make some tweaks to handles, etc. and Jane made sure it got done and the guys who came were great! All in all a great experience: friendly, human and caring service, with outstanding design, quality and craftsmanship.

We saw them online before arranging a visit to the barn in tenbury wells. Rachael was amazing throughout the design, including sourcing 4 bins for our refuse & recycling cupboard with a chopping board with hole for food waste. She helped us replan after we realised our extension dimensions were out after a site visit from James and we had to change our initial design. Great professional service from Max the installer and from Daryl and Lorraine who did the finishing painting. Highly recommend olive & barr for their quality and support in designing and fitting your perfect kitchen.

We have been really pleased with the quality and service from Olive & Barr. From our first visit to the showroom they showed a real interest in the job. On the initial design site visit James spent time with us to make sure the design would was exactly what we needed. In subsequent meetings/online calls, he was very patient in answering all our queries and happily made some amendments as we exposed a few issues when taking the old kitchen out.

Living in a Victorian property we have a few uneven walls and a floor that slopes across the room but the fitters, Vlad and his colleague, expertly dealt with this and made adjustments on site to ensure a very neat and professional finish.

Ben provided the painting and was meticulous in his work. Finishing the painting by hand on site ensured an incredibly neat finish and was useful where cupboards had to be altered to fit our uneven walls. The support and contact from Jane and the ops team were excellent throughout and the flexibility on a few last-minute changes was very impressive.

We are very happy with our completed kitchen and would happily recommend Olive & Barr.

We love our Olive & Barr kitchen. Ayanna our designer took us through the process and was brilliant at understanding how we use the kitchen and then creating a design that worked in the space. The operations management team were great at keeping everything on track and helping us sort any niggles with installation. Delivery, installation and painting teams also great and very helpful and efficient. The quality of the build is excellent and we’ve had lots of comments from friends and visitors to the house. It’s made an immense difference to the space and we spend much more time in our kitchen now!

We're a couple of years on from having our kitchen installed and had a minor issue with a cupboard door. Jane was brilliant, organising the highly talented Vlad to return and refit a new door and then Liam to touch up the paintwork. The quality of the kitchen has been really excellent, despite this minor incident and their follow up care is absolutely great. They find and work with the best crafts people. We're really impressed.

Olive & Barr are a class act. They pay attention to what the customer wants, not just on looks. Nothing was too much trouble and they went through several changes of mind with infinite patience. The attention to detail is impressive and the price very reasonable for such high quality.

I’m so pleased with my kitchen, it’s absolutely beautiful and functional! The design process was really easy and felt very collaborative. James gave honest, helpful advice so it was easy to settle on a design. Jane and the ops teams kept me so well informed and set expectations for each step of the process which was really helpful and the fitters and painters did a fantastic job. Thank you to all involved, I’m thrilled with my new kitchen!

Couldn't be more happy with my kitchen.
I stumbled upon Olive & Barr when I saw one of their vehicles near where I live delivering kitchen units.  I then googled them and have never looked back.  I have done a lot of research with kitchen design shops and believe Olive & Barr to be superior.
The designer Rachael was both thorough in detail and creative, listening to our wishes and designing a plan which suited us perfectly.  She knew our budget and kept to it,  there were no hidden surprises.
The Operations team (Jane & Leah, and fitter Steve) was excellent.  They helped us out with our contractors if we had a problem and stayed with us until completion and their aftercare service has been brilliant.  
At all times the team has been helpful and professional. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Olive & Barr made a new kitchen for us in July '24. It is beautifully crafted, well fitted, and the quality of their staff unmatched. Visitors constantly remark on it and in some cases we have provided details of O&B so they can consider them for their new kitchen. Also follow-up service on one very minor issue 9 months on has been first class.

Olive & Barr Handmade Kitchens made our kitchen last year and I sent a glowing review saying how absolutely brilliant this company is. Over this past year we are loving our new kitchen. It is beautiful. A few weeks ago I damaged a small bit of the paint work. It was something we could live with but really didn't want to so we called Jane at Olive & Barr to see if they could help us and within a few days Sophie Newell came over and re-painted the damaged area. This was done for us without fuss or bother. I cannot recommend this company more highly , first our beautiful kitchen was created for us and we love it and now one year later - they repaired/painted something that I damaged and so painlessly and quickly. You will never regret getting your new kitchen from this company. There is simply no better company. As well as everyone at this company being so nice they are the gold standard in professionalism.

We spoke to a lot of different kitchen companies, but chose Olive & Bar because from the very beginning they seemed to share our vision for the project.

The design process was fun, Nicolle guided us though the best use of our space and was very accommodating to any design changes.

The measurementing and installation process was very smooth. Everything came out looking exactly as it did in the design renders.

The communication from Jane in the period between design and installation was very proactive, speedy and helpful.

Steve did an excellent job installing the kitchen; he was very thorough with every detail and flagging any last minute changes.

We are very happy with our beautiful new kitchen and would strongly recommend O&B to others.

We gave stars in this review as the end kitchen is beautfuil - great craftmanship, well made and a sturdy robust finish. I thank them for that. However the journey to completion was not the simplist. The designer was a nice guy but he only took us half the way as once the building starts you are handed over to someone else which meant communication was tricky. We had to chase and follow up with them on many occassions and design features that were promised (eg wooden beam above oven) were later discarded as being "too hard" (our builder put it up instead in a few hours)...we had to escalate concerns but that process was also poor and non responsive. Other evidence of poor project management was with the painters who panicked at the size of the job and claimed they had no idea the true dimension of the kitchen and left the site early on day 1 - we had to calm them down to convince them to come back, which they did and eventually finished on time. Apparently they had not read the full brief properly. The O&B surveyor also made changes to the signed off plans and as a result we are left with a shorter work surface and shallower drawers than planned. We were advised he was later fired as this wasn't his first error. Compensation for this £50k kitchen was offered at £300...later increased to £1300 once we complained again. However our own private project designer was disgusted by the poor service and low compensation considering this company charges more for an effortless fitting and great customer service.
My advice is that if you have someone privately who will really stay on top of your project from beginning to end then the O&B kitchen is worth it - but if you are relying on the O&B team to do it all then perhaps shop around for good customer service reviews. I hope this feedback helps them improve and helps future clients make a good decision.

We love our Olive and Barr kitchen! We worked with James, who made the process so straight forward and enjoyable from the beginning. He worked around us, was flexible and made really helpful suggestions. He visited our site and when there were inevitable delays with our building project meaning that we had to delay and modify our kitchen installation, he adapted things without any fuss and made the whole processes a lot less stressful than it could have been! Now we have an absolute dream kitchen, and we spend so much time in there as a family. We are planning to get some additional units for another area of the house with Olive and Barr as we were so impressed!

Olive and Barr are a truly exceptional company. After a dire experience doing a full house renovation James popped up and made everything worthwhile. James was fabulous with answering my questions regarding design etc. Jane is literally one of the easiest, nicest, logical, honest, realistic and reasonable people you could wish to deal with. Incredibly accommodating. Best customer service!

Absolutely amazing company with a great product and great customer service experience. We had a design in mind and needed a kitchen ordered and installed in a relatively short time period before Christmas. James advised us on some tweaks to the design and was able to get it ordered and installation arranged incredibly quickly. When we were let down by our builders so the timeline had to move (two or three times), Jane from the Operations team was unbelievably helpful, accommodating, and generally lovely about everything. We eventually did still manage to get the kitchen installed before Christmas with Jane's help - the fitter was brilliant, it has just been painted (the painter was equally brilliant), and we couldn't be happier with it. The quality of the product, the finish, and the level of service and help that we received was second to none. We could not recommend them strongly enough!

We met with several kitchen companies, but Olive and Barr were the clear winner, in terms of product quality, design options and the team. We are absolutely delighted with our kitchen. James’ expertise throughout the installation process was really appreciated, and Jane’s communication was excellent. It was our first kitchen design, and part of a bigger ground floor renovation. The kitchen is definitely a highlight and we’ve had so many compliments. We’d highly recommend O&B to anyone looking to buy a new kitchen. Thank you team.

Exceptional service and experience from start to finish. We had been in contact with the team at O&B for over 2 years whilst waiting for our renovation to start and they were always so accommodating with our project timeline. We are thrilled with our O&B kitchen, the craftsmanship is second to none and to receive a bespoke, in frame, hand painted kitchen for a great price is everything we could have asked for. I have the kitchen of dreams thanks to the team at Olive and Barr. We had the pleasure of working on the design with Rachael who was brilliant and helped bring our ideas to life. The process from design to installation was a dream and very efficient with great communication all the way through which greatly helped as the kitchen was part of a bigger build project. Everyone we came into contact with from delivery team , fitters and painter were really lovely and very considerate. I would highly recommend Olive and Barr. Excellent quality craftsmanship. We will enjoy our kitchen for many years to come.

Excellent service throughout the entire process, we're delighted with our kitchen. Absolutely brilliant quality throughout and very competively priced. The design team were amazing at catering to our every need and getting exactly what we wanted. The fitters were on time, quick and efficient and did a lovely job. One year on and everything still in perfect condition. Very highly recommend.
