What a great team Oliver and Mel are, such genuinely nice people who care about you and understand that it is quite a daunting process for somebody selling a house for the first time. The service was so professional from the valuation, keeping me updated with viewings, feed back and ultimately the sale. If you want a professional estate agent with people who have your best interests at heart I would recommend Oliver and Mel when buying or selling your house.

Oliver was recommended to me by family and my experience was fantastic. Having never sold a house before myself, I was please to find Oliver was informative and reassuring throughout, he was also incredibly professional and I felt very comfortable asking him any questions I had, no matter how stupid I thought they were! He works exceptionally hard to provide an efficient service and even though there were delays with solicitors, he chased these up on my behalf which was especially helpful with a young family.
Oliver did all of our viewings himself and went above and beyond to help me out when I was away from home, making a stressful and emotional process a lot easier. Always friendly and approachable, nothing felt like too much trouble for him.

They have always alleviated any worries & most importantly have been truthful and always at hand to answer or chase any queries.

Oliver took his time to really look around and talk to us about the property. He was the only Estate Agent that treated the sale as not just a transaction.
The photos were excellent and even an overhead drone shot to show the garden in the best possible light.
He is knowledgeable about the market and area and explains his reasoning behind the valuation he set.
It is a definite advantage to have the same person showing clients around, pointing out all the benefits you have discussed, as originally valued the property, unlike larger companies.
Oliver is approachable, pleasant and available to respond to queries quickly. He keeps you informed at every stage. He obtained the full asking price. Recommended

Absolutely shocking Estate Agent. Constantly had to chase him up for updates and after 3 long months, the house purchase fell through. No hint of trying to make good or even negotiation. Use this guy at your peril.

We bought our property in Newark remotely, given we were living 170 miles away and got family to do the initial viewing. Oliver has been nothing short of exemplary. The purchase was fraught with difficulties, given its nature, but Oliver pushed hard to get it over the line in time to complete the chain on the same day. I pretty much had him on speed dial but nothing was too much trouble. He was kind and courteous, despite what I threw at him, (apologies for that), and above all, a credit to his profession. I’ve written this on another site but it is well worth repeating.
The best experience of the house buying process was finding a decent human being who actually cared about the feelings of the participants and the integrity of the process. Oliver was that person. He sold and helped us buy our new property, going out of his way to calm our fractious nerves whilst dealing with the agressive seller and his inept, obstructive, rude, pushy Estate agent that almost had us telling them where to go.
Oliver is the man to go to for selling or buying your house. I can’t urge you enough.

What an amazing professional person Oliver is. We purchased our home recently through Oliver Reilly and we are so thankful that we did as if not we wouldn’t have made it to completion / exchange (due to a VERY difficult vendor making life extremely tricky for everyone - through no fault of Oliver’s).
