Oliver’s bullion has the best quality and best pricing in the UK. I’ve always had extremely good customer service and never had a bad experience. Unfortunately there are very jealous people in the world that don’t want to see others do well for themselves and are jealous on how successful and quickly they have grown as a business. I will always continue to buy and support Oliver & Anna and I hope no one actually believes some of these negative reviews left by trolls.

This is my personal experience and opinion, but I’d honestly think twice before buying from him. I found him very negative and difficult to watch or interact with at times, especially when things don’t go his way. In my view, he’s quick to criticise other sellers for pricing collectibles too highly, while appearing to do similar things himself, which came across as hypocritical to me.

I also personally dislike the tone and behaviour that seems to be encouraged within his Discord community. From what I’ve seen, there can be a lot of hostility and unnecessary attacks toward other sellers on Whatnot, which creates a pretty toxic atmosphere overall.

Another reason I stopped supporting him is because I don’t agree with some of the political opinions and conversations associated with parts of his community. In my opinion, he does little to distance himself from that kind of behaviour or shut it down, which I found disappointing.

I’ve also noticed negative feedback and criticism sometimes disappearing, which made me question how genuine or transparent the review environment really is. That’s just my perception as a viewer/customer.

Overall, I personally wouldn’t choose to support or buy from him again.

Oliver and Anna are delightfully happy and honest as the day is long, good prices and excellent packing by Anna always a pleasure to purchase from them.

Having built up an extensive collection of bullion of all shapes and sizes and keeping it in a disorganised state and having purchased from olivers bullion before , i used the new storage service they offer , i designed myself a case specificaly for some of the more expensive and rare items i wanted to keep organised and free from damage. Using the simple to use platform and my own measurements as well as some of the pre loaded dimensions for standard size coins and bars i created the perfect box for some of my collection. The case itself is sturdy and well build and the highest qualty. It surpassed my expectations. The options for making your own unique case are very impressive with so much choice. I will be designing myself another one or two very soon. Highly recomended and the customer service is first class. Thank you to the olivers bullion team .

Get no reply to emails or WhatsApp’s or calls!
Also paid for an item months ago which they don’t stock and have had no contact or refund. Also charged me shipping 4 times for 1 item yet said they would refund but never did. Complete scam I’m having to claim back through the bank. Not to be trusted!
